Vaam

Best multichannel outreach platforms in 2026

Most people land here paying two or three vendors to reach the same person, and hoping one tool can do the lot. One of the seven below is ours. We run our outbound on it and we put it first here, so the premise behind the order is stated before any product appears, and every third-party fact comes from the vendor's own pages on the date shown at the bottom. "Multichannel" is the most abused word in outreach software. Almost every tool here claims it, but the claim covers three different products. Some run LinkedIn and email as steps of one sequence. Some run one channel well and reach the other through your own SMTP server or a second subscription. Some are email platforms where LinkedIn is a link on a contact record. This ranking favors the tools that source prospects themselves and run every channel they advertise natively, video included, because that is the shape buyers describe when they say they want to stop paying for three tools. A platform that is strong on one channel is not worse. It is a different purchase, and the "when to pick" list for each product says so.

Short answer

Pick Vaam if you want LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video in one sequence, and you want the tool to find the prospects as well as contact them. Our agents source from LinkedIn and check every prospect against your audience, when you have configured one, before anyone enters a sequence. You choose whether to approve prospects first, a reply stops the sequence and comes to you as a task, we publish prices in EUR, and all customer data stays in the European Union. La Growth Machine is the closest rival and beats Vaam on channel count, with LinkedIn, email, X (Twitter) and call tasks and AI-personalized LinkedIn voice messages, but it has no video step. Lemlist carries the most channels of anyone here, including SMS and a built-in dialer, but LinkedIn needs its per-user Multichannel plan and its video is not personalized per lead. SalesRobot is the cheapest way to get LinkedIn, email and video-and-voice notes in one campaign, from $39 per LinkedIn account per month. Skylead runs LinkedIn and email in one smart sequence with an email finder and a B2B database, at a flat $100 per seat. Expandi and Instantly are here because buyers shortlist them as multichannel, and both are only partly that. Expandi's email step needs your own SMTP mailbox and an address it already has, and Instantly documents LinkedIn as a "Connect" button on a contact record rather than an automated channel.

Top pick: Vaam Best for Agent-sourced LinkedIn, email and video outreach with a human on the replies

Pick Vaam if

  • You want the tool to find and qualify prospects continuously, not just execute a list you built somewhere else.
  • You want AI doing the sourcing and the sending, and you on every reply.
  • You want video personalized per prospect in the same sequence as the LinkedIn and email steps.
  • LinkedIn is your main channel and account safety matters more than raw volume.
  • You want native CRM sync to HubSpot, Pipedrive or Upsales included in the one plan.
  • You need EU data residency and a price in euros you can read without a sales call.

Pick La Growth Machine if

  • You want AI-personalized LinkedIn voice messages. Vaam has none.
  • Your sequences need X (Twitter) steps alongside LinkedIn and email.
  • You have a few sending identities serving a larger team, and team members are included in the identity price.
  • You want a built-in company database and waterfall email enrichment inside the same product.
  • You want a starting price of €50 to €60 per month per identity, below Vaam's €99 per user per month.

Pick Lemlist if

  • You want the most channels in one sequence, meaning email, LinkedIn, SMS and calls with a built-in dialer.
  • Cold email at high volume is your whole motion, and warm-up and deliverability tooling decide it.
  • You want a 650M+ lead database with an email and phone finder inside the product.
  • You need one shared email-only plan across an unlimited number of users.

Pick SalesRobot if

  • Budget is the constraint and you want LinkedIn and email in one campaign from $39 per LinkedIn account per month.
  • Video messages and voice notes on LinkedIn matter, and you are happy to keep sourcing manual.
  • You want an AI that answers replies for you and works the lead until a meeting. That is the opposite of where we stop.
  • You build lists from LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator, groups, events or post commenters and want a tool that just runs them.
  • You want native HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce sync on a low-cost plan.

Pick Skylead if

  • You want LinkedIn and email as one smart sequence with if/else conditions and a flat per-seat price.
  • Unlimited email accounts, unlimited warm-up and 100,000 emails a month are the volume you need.
  • You want an email finder and verifier plus a B2B database in the same product.
  • You are an agency and want a dashboard, a shared unibox, client roles and a white-label option.

Pick Expandi if

  • LinkedIn is the whole motion and you already run email in a separate tool.
  • You want LinkedIn campaign types the others do not publish, such as group messages, event invites, company follow invites and inbound campaigns.
  • A dedicated country-based IP address and automatic profile warm-up per account matter to you.
  • You are an agency that needs white label, roles and permissions across 10+ seats.

Pick Instantly if

  • Cold email volume is the motion and LinkedIn is genuinely optional for you.
  • Deliverability is the problem you are paying to fix, so you want unlimited warm-up, inbox placement testing and dedicated IP blocks.
  • You want a 450M+ B2B lead database, enrichment and verification inside the same product.
  • You want the cheapest published entry point here, at $47 per month per workspace, and no per-seat fee.

The ranking

Ranked on how much of a LinkedIn + email + video outreach workflow each tool covers on its own.

  1. Vaam

Best for Agent-sourced LinkedIn, email and video outreach with a human on the replies

A sales outreach automation platform whose agents find prospects on LinkedIn, check them against your audience and enroll the matches into a sequence of LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video steps.

    From
    €99/user/mo
    Free trial
    14 days, no credit card
    • Vaam's agents find and qualify prospects on their own. They source from LinkedIn post engagement and, where enabled, people searches, enrich each profile, and check each prospect against the audience you defined before enrollment. With no audience configured, they run without that check.
    • Sourcing, qualification and outreach live in one product, so there is no export-import step between building a list and running it.
    • You decide how much autonomy to give. Turn on Require approval to review every prospect first, or leave it off and let the agent enroll the matches by itself.
    • LinkedIn, email and video are steps of the same sequence, not three products stitched together.
    • Video is personalized per prospect and an allowance is included in the plan.
    • Email sends from your own Gmail or Microsoft 365 inbox, and Vaam enriches the address when the prospect does not publish one.
    • LinkedIn actions run on randomized, human-like pacing with a 400 active-prospect cap on sequences that contain LinkedIn steps.
    • Native CRM sync for contacts, activities and blocklists is included on the one plan.
    • Prices are published in EUR and all customer data is stored inside the European Union.
    • No SMS, no WhatsApp and no X (Twitter) steps. Our channels are LinkedIn, email and video.
    • No dialer of our own. Call steps are tasks for the seller, not in-app calls.
    • No LinkedIn voice messages, a format both La Growth Machine and SalesRobot have.
    • We do not answer replies or book meetings for you. A prospect's reply stops the sequence and comes to you as a task.
    • Our agents source from LinkedIn only. We have no lead database, no website-visitor or CRM-signal source, and Sales Navigator search URLs do not work.
    • Approval is per prospect and off by default. No step asks you to approve each individual message.
    • No email warm-up or inbox-rotation product of our own.
    • We price per user, so a team of five pays five times over even if only one profile sends.
  2. La Growth Machine

Best for The widest native channel mix without video, covering LinkedIn, email, X and calls

A French multichannel outreach platform that runs LinkedIn, email, X and call tasks from one sequence builder, with AI-personalized LinkedIn voice messages included on every plan.

    From
€60/identity/mo Basic — no CRM sync at this tier
    Free trial
    14 days, no credit card
    • LinkedIn, email, X (Twitter) and call tasks all run in one sequence.
    • Signals import matching leads continuously from an intent trigger, and Lookalike Search keeps suggesting companies similar to your best clients.
    • AI-personalized LinkedIn voice messages are included on every plan, from €60 per month per identity.
    • Team members are included in the identity price, 3 on Basic, 25 on Pro and unlimited on Ultimate.
    • Built-in 27M+ company database and waterfall email enrichment across 9 providers.
    • List prices published in EUR, USD and GBP.
    • No video step. The published channels are LinkedIn, email, X and calls.
    • CRM sync with HubSpot or Pipedrive requires the Ultimate plan at €180 per identity per month.
    • Billing is per identity and each identity is billed separately, so several senders multiply the price.
    • Enrichment runs on credits, 1 per lead for data and 5 per lead for a verified email.
    • Two sub-processors in the DPA process outside the EU, Bright Data in Israel and OpenAI in the United States.
    • The pricing page and the features page disagree about which features each plan includes.
  3. Lemlist

Best for The most channels in one sequence, on an email-first platform

A sales engagement platform built email-first, with warm-up, a large lead database and a multichannel tier that adds LinkedIn, SMS and calling.

    From
$69/account/mo Email — email only, LinkedIn needs the Multichannel plan
    Free trial
14 days of full Multichannel access on any plan, no credit card
    • The most channels in one sequence, covering email, LinkedIn, SMS and calls.
    • Mature deliverability tooling, including warm-up, on every plan.
    • A 650M+ lead database and email and phone finder inside the product.
    • The email-only plan covers unlimited users on one price.
    • Host servers for lemlist's databases are located inside the European Union.
    • LinkedIn automation requires the Multichannel plan, which is priced per user.
    • Video is not personalized per lead. lemlist's own docs state the attached video is the same for every lead who reaches that step.
    • WhatsApp is a paid add-on rather than part of the Multichannel plan.
    • Enrichment and intent data are consumed as separately purchased credits.
    • Its People database is a manual search. You filter, select and push leads into a campaign yourself.
  4. SalesRobot

Best for The cheapest LinkedIn, email, video and voice campaign in one tool

A LinkedIn and email outreach tool that runs multi-step campaigns with AI-personalized video messages and voice notes on LinkedIn, plus an AI that answers replies and works the lead toward a meeting.

    From
$59/account/mo Basic — one active campaign only, and limited daily quotas
    Free trial
    14 days
    • The cheapest entry point here that includes both LinkedIn and email steps, at $39 per LinkedIn account per month on annual billing.
    • Video messages and voice notes on LinkedIn are part of the product, and the pricing page's daily-quota table gives each its own line, 20 a day on Basic and 50 on Advanced and Professional.
    • Native HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce sync are listed on the pricing page.
    • Smart Reply Detection stops the campaign for a lead who replies.
    • Lists can be built from LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator, CSV, group members, event attendees or the commenters on a post.
    • Daily quotas per action are published rather than left vague.
    • No agent finds prospects on a schedule. Every list starts with an import you run.
    • The AI Appointment Setter answers on your behalf, so the seller does not own every reply unless you leave it off.
    • Its pages do not document how much of the video is personalized per lead, so verify it on the trial.
    • Billing is per LinkedIn account, so several senders multiply the price.
    • The Basic plan allows only one active campaign and limited daily quotas.
    • The privacy policy states SalesRobot may process and store information in the United States and other countries where it or its service providers operate.
  5. Skylead

Best for LinkedIn and email in one smart sequence, at a flat per-seat price

A cloud LinkedIn and email automation tool built around smart sequences with if/else conditions, an email finder and verifier, a B2B database and an AI SDR that works the inbox.

    From
$100/seat/mo All-in-one — AI data enrichment and AI SDR are listed as add-ons
    Free trial
    7 days
    • One flat price with every core feature included, rather than channels gated behind higher tiers.
    • LinkedIn and email run as one smart sequence with if/else conditions.
    • Unlimited email accounts, infinite warm-up and 100 000 emails per month.
    • An email finder and verifier plus a B2B database inside the product.
    • LinkedIn steps go beyond connect and message to InMail, view and follow.
    • A strong agency offer: dashboard, shared unibox, client roles and white label.
    • No video step is documented anywhere on the pricing page or the home page.
    • No SMS, WhatsApp or calling.
    • AI data enrichment and the AI SDR are listed as add-ons on top of the seat price.
    • Skylead's AI SDR works the inbox. It qualifies, replies and books meetings rather than sourcing prospects.
    • At $100 per seat per month it is the most expensive entry point in this ranking.
    • The privacy policy states Skylead processes personal data primarily in the United Kingdom and United States.
    • The 7-day trial is half the length of most of the field.
  6. Expandi

Best for Depth on LinkedIn, with a dedicated IP per account

A LinkedIn automation platform with the widest catalog of campaign types here, a dedicated country-based IP per account, and an email step that runs through your own SMTP mailbox.

    From
$99/seat/mo Business — LinkedIn-first, email steps need your own SMTP mailbox, video needs a paid Sendspark add-on
    Free trial
7 days, full feature access, no charge until you subscribe
    • The widest set of LinkedIn campaign types in this ranking, covering connector, messenger, builder, open and paid InMail, group, event invite, mobile connector, inbound and company follow invite.
    • A dedicated country-based IP address and automatic profile warm-up are part of the Business price.
    • Limit ranges are enforced by the tool; Expandi states it will not let you exceed the limits you set.
    • Seat pricing that gets cheaper as you add seats, which suits agencies.
    • Native HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce integrations, plus webhooks and an API.
    • Email steps require you to connect your own mailbox by SMTP and IMAP, and the address must already be public on LinkedIn or imported by CSV.
    • Expandi's own docs route email campaigns to Smartlead, a separate product with its own subscription.
    • Video personalization is a paid add-on that runs through Sendspark and needs a separate Sendspark account.
    • Image and GIF personalization costs extra on top of the subscription.
    • The only qualification is the LinkedIn search itself. No separate audience or ICP check is documented.
    • The privacy policy does not say where data is stored and states data may be transferred outside the European Union.
  7. Instantly

Best for Cold email at volume, with a lead database and deliverability infrastructure

A cold email platform with unlimited mailboxes and warm-up, a 450M+ B2B lead database, AI agents and dedicated sending infrastructure, sold as separate outreach, credit and CRM plans or as a bundle.

    From
$47/account/mo Outreach — Growth — email only, no LinkedIn, no video, and lead credits are a separate plan
    Free trial
Free trial with 250 uploaded contacts and 1,000 emails on Email Outreach, and 100 trial credits; no credit card required
    • Unlimited email accounts and unlimited warm-up on every Outreach plan.
    • A 450M+ B2B lead database with waterfall enrichment and verification, sold as credits.
    • The AI Sales Agent picks leads matching your ICP out of that database and emails them.
    • Dedicated server and IP blocks on the top outreach tier and the Agency bundle.
    • Priced per workspace, so adding team members carries no published per-seat fee.
    • The cheapest published entry point here, at $47 per month.
    • LinkedIn is not an automated channel. The help center documents a "Connect" button that opens the prospect's LinkedIn profile.
    • No video feature is documented on the pricing page, the product menu or the help center.
    • Instantly's privacy policy says it generally stores service information in the United States, on servers located there.
    • The modular plan structure means the real bill is usually outreach plus credits plus CRM.
    • Logging Instantly activity into Salesforce is documented through a third-party connector, OutboundSync.
    • Plans are tiered by email and contact volume, so a short high-value list pays for a tier it will not fill.

Feature comparison

Feature support by product
Feature Vaam La Growth Machine Lemlist SalesRobot Skylead Expandi Instantly
Agent-sourced prospecting The tool finds and qualifies new prospects itself, instead of only running a list you built elsewhere. Yes Agents source from LinkedIn post engagement and, where enabled, people searches, enrich each profile, and check each prospect against your audience before enrollment. With no audience configured, they run without that check. Yes Signals continuously import leads matching an intent trigger (a LinkedIn like or comment, an event signup, a job change, a profile visit, a form or a website visit), and Lookalike Search adds similar companies. The trigger and its filters are the qualification; no per-prospect verdict is published. Partial The People database is a manual search: you filter, select leads and push them to a campaign. Its AI agents qualify ICP fit on leads that are already in your list, rather than watching a live source on a schedule. Partial Lists come from imports you run, out of LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator, CSV, group members, event attendees or the commenters on a post. No scheduled sourcing or ICP check before outreach is documented. Partial Account-based prospecting and a B2B database let you filter, review and save contacts and companies, which is a static search rather than a live source. Skylead's AI SDR works the inbox; it is not documented as a sourcing agent. Partial A lead list built from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search can auto-reload on a chosen frequency and assign new results to the campaign. The only qualification is the search filters themselves. Partial The AI Sales Agent discovers and enriches new leads against the customer profile you configure, within a daily limit you set. Its help article does not document a live external source for the agent; Instantly's documented lead sourcing is its 450M+ B2B database.
Autonomous sequence execution Sourced prospects enter a multi-step sequence and every step sends on schedule without a person triggering it. Yes LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video steps send automatically, with randomized human-like pacing and a 400 active-prospect cap on LinkedIn sequences. Yes LinkedIn, email, X and call tasks run from one sequence builder once a lead enters a campaign, with conditions on opens, clicks and replies. Yes Campaign steps across email, LinkedIn, SMS and calls send on the campaign schedule once leads are in the campaign. Yes Multi-step LinkedIn and email campaigns run to published daily quotas per action, with dynamic AI-personalized follow-ups. Yes Smart sequences run LinkedIn and email steps automatically, branching on if/else conditions. Yes Campaign steps run automatically once leads are assigned, within the limit ranges and working hours you set. Partial Email steps send automatically at high volume, but the sequence is email only. LinkedIn is a contact-record link rather than a step.
Human control points Named places where a person can approve or halt the automation, such as approving prospects before outreach and replies that stop the sequence. Yes Require approval holds each prospect for your decision, and a prospect's reply stops the sequence and comes to the seller as a task. Not documented The feature pages document Out of Office detection that pauses actions, a multichannel inbox and a Slack alert on reply, but state neither an approval step before contact nor an automatic stop on reply. Ask the vendor before relying on either. Partial Campaign settings let you choose what a reply does, either continue, pause the lead or end the lead. Leads only enter a campaign when a person pushes them there, so lemlist documents no separate approval gate. Partial Smart Reply Detection stops messaging once a lead replies, but the AI Appointment Setter then answers on your behalf unless you leave it off. No approval step before outreach is documented. Partial The AI SDR offers a semi-automatic mode where a person reviews replies before they send. No approval step before a lead is contacted is documented. Yes Auto-assign can be left off so new search results wait for you to assign them by hand, and Expandi pauses the campaign for a lead who replies. Yes Outside Autopilot mode, the AI Sales Agent needs manual approval in the Live Feed before it finds more leads or sends anything, and the campaign option "Stop sending emails on reply" pauses follow-ups to a lead who replies. In Autopilot mode the agent approves its own activity.
LinkedIn steps in the same sequence Connection requests and messages sent from your own LinkedIn account as steps of the sequence. Yes Included, with randomized human-like pacing that respects LinkedIn's per-account limits. Yes Included on every plan, including profile visits and social warming. Yes Multichannel plan and above; the Email plan has no LinkedIn steps. Yes Connection requests, messages and InMails in bulk, plus likes, comments, follows and skill endorsements. The pricing page publishes a daily quota per action, 20 of everything on Basic, rising to 75 connection requests, messages and profile views a day above it. Yes "Send connection requests, LinkedIn messages and InMails. Include the View & Follow steps." Yes The core of the product and the widest campaign-type catalog here, included in the Business price. No The help center documents LinkedIn as a field on a contact record with a "Connect" button that opens the prospect's profile, not as an automated channel.
Email steps in the same sequence Yes Email sequences are included, send from your own Gmail or Microsoft 365 inbox, and Vaam enriches the address when the prospect does not publish one. Yes Included on every plan, with conditions on opens, clicks and replies, and inbox rotation from Pro. Yes The core of the product, at 50,000 emails a month on the Email plan, with warm-up and a deliverability hub. Yes Unlimited cold email automation from Gmail, Outlook or a custom SMTP server, in the same campaign as the LinkedIn steps. Yes Unlimited email accounts, 100 000 emails per month, infinite warm-up and an email finder and verifier. Partial The builder has an Email action, but you must connect your own mailbox by SMTP and IMAP and the lead needs an address Expandi already has. Expandi's docs route email campaigns to Smartlead, a separate product. Yes Unlimited mailboxes and warm-up, from 5,000 to 500,000 emails a month depending on tier.
Video steps in the same sequence A video sent as a step of the sequence, and whether it differs per prospect. Yes Recording and sending are built in, and the video is personalized per prospect, up to 400 AI-personalized videos per month. No The published channels are LinkedIn, email, X (Twitter) and calls. No video step appears in the feature list or the plan comparison. Partial Video can be attached to a LinkedIn message or a landing page, but lemlist's own docs state the attached video is not 1:1 personalized and is the same for every lead at that step. Partial "Send AI personalized voice notes and video messages on LinkedIn". The pricing page's quota table carries a "Video Messages / day" row at 20 on Basic and 50 on the higher plans. How much of the video differs per lead is not documented. No No video step appears on the pricing page or the home page; the personalization Skylead publishes is unlimited image and GIF personalization. Partial Listed on the pricing page as video personalization through an available Sendspark integration, sold as a paid add-on. The help center says you must create a Sendspark account first. No No video feature is documented on the pricing page, the product menu or the help center.
Calls or voice steps An in-app dialer, call tasks, or a voice note sent as a step. Partial Call steps run as tasks for the seller; there is no in-app dialer, and Vaam publishes no LinkedIn voice message. Yes Call tasks from the Pro plan, plus AI-personalized LinkedIn voice messages on every plan. You record the body once and AI reads a per-lead intro in your voice. Yes Built-in call dialer and VoIP integrations on the Multichannel plan. Partial AI-personalized voice notes on LinkedIn, with a "Voice Messages / day" row in the pricing page's quota table at 20 on Basic and 50 on the higher plans. No dialer or call task is documented. No No dialer, call step or voice message appears on the pricing page or the home page. No No calling or voice step appears in Expandi's campaign types or its pricing page. No The outreach product is email; no dialer or voice step is documented.
Native CRM sync Yes HubSpot, Pipedrive and Upsales, included on the one plan; syncs contacts, activities and blocklists. Partial HubSpot and Pipedrive on the Ultimate plan only; not available on Basic or Pro. Yes CRM integrations and API from the Email plan. Yes The pricing page lists native HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce sync, plus webhooks and Zapier from the Advanced plan. Not documented The home page lists "Real-time CRM integration" among its solutions and the pricing page lists API integration, but no CRM is named on either page. Yes HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce; the docs describe sending contacts and interaction data into the CRM. Partial Instantly ships its own CRM module as a separate plan; logging activity into Salesforce is documented through a third-party connector, OutboundSync.
Entry price that includes LinkedIn and email The cheapest published plan that carries both channels, not the cheapest plan overall. Yes €99 per user per month, billed monthly. Both channels plus video are on the plan. Yes €50 per identity per month annually, €60 monthly. Basic carries LinkedIn and email but no CRM sync. Partial The $55 to $69 Email plan is email only. LinkedIn starts on Multichannel at $87 per user per month annually, $109 monthly. Yes $39 per LinkedIn account per month annually, $59 monthly. That is the cheapest entry point here carrying both channels. Yes $100 per seat per month, flat, with both channels and every core feature included. Partial $79 per seat per month annually, $99 monthly, but the email step needs your own SMTP mailbox and an address Expandi already has. No $37.60 per month annually, $47 monthly, buys email only. No plan adds LinkedIn as an automated channel.
EU data residency Yes Vaam states that all customer data is stored within the European Union. Partial Appendix B of the DPA names each sub-processor and where it processes. Most are inside the EU. Two are not, Bright Data in Israel and OpenAI in the United States. Yes lemlist's privacy policy states the host servers on which it processes and stores its databases are located exclusively within the EU. No The privacy policy states SalesRobot may process and store information in the United States and other countries where it or its service providers operate, with standard contractual clauses where required. No The privacy policy states Skylead processes personal data primarily in the United Kingdom and United States, with Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers. Not documented The privacy policy does not state where the servers are. It says Expandi uses third-party providers in several countries outside the European Union and may transfer collected data to them, with safeguards in place. No Instantly's privacy policy says it generally stores service information in the United States, on servers located there.

Instantly sells modules: Email Outreach, Instantly Credits (lead database, enrichment, AI agents), CRM and Inbox Placement are separate plans, and the Bundle tiers combine outreach and credits. Frequently asked questions

What counts as a multichannel outreach platform?

A platform is multichannel when a single sequence can send on more than one channel and the channels share the same prospect record, schedule and stop rules. That test excludes a lot of tools that use the word. Instantly is email at volume. Its help center documents LinkedIn as a "Connect" button on a contact record, not an automated step. Expandi is LinkedIn first: its builder has an email action, but you must connect your own mailbox by SMTP and IMAP and the lead must already have an address, and its own docs route real email campaigns to Smartlead, a separate product. Vaam, La Growth Machine, Lemlist on its Multichannel plan, SalesRobot and Skylead all pass the test for LinkedIn and email. Ask every vendor whether one sequence sends both channels, and whether a reply on one stops the other. The category shrinks fast.

What is the best multichannel outreach platform in 2026?

It depends on which channels you actually need. If you want LinkedIn, email and video personalized per prospect in one sequence, and you want the tool to find the prospects too, pick us. Our agents do the sourcing and the qualifying, and the sequence then runs on its own with a person on every reply. If you want the widest channel mix without video, La Growth Machine adds X (Twitter) and AI voice messages. If you need SMS or a dialer, Lemlist has both. If price is the constraint, SalesRobot runs LinkedIn and email with video and voice notes from $39 per LinkedIn account per month. If you want a flat per-seat price with unlimited email and an email finder, Skylead is $100 per seat.

Is there one tool that does LinkedIn, email and video in the same sequence?

Very few. Of the seven platforms here, only Vaam records and sends video as a native step alongside LinkedIn and email, with the video personalized per prospect and an allowance included in every plan. SalesRobot sends video messages and voice notes on LinkedIn but does not document how much of the video differs per lead. Lemlist can attach a video, but its own documentation states that video is not 1:1 personalized and is the same for every lead at that step. Expandi does it through a paid Sendspark add-on with its own subscription. La Growth Machine, Skylead and Instantly publish no video step at all. La Growth Machine's answer to the same problem is the AI-personalized LinkedIn voice message.

What does a multichannel outreach platform cost for a team of five?

Read the pricing unit, not the headline, because these vendors bill four different ways. We charge per user, billed monthly, so five users cost €495 per month. Skylead is per seat at $100, so $500. SalesRobot and Expandi are per LinkedIn account or seat, roughly $195 and $395 a month for five on annual billing. La Growth Machine is per identity but includes team members, so five people sharing two sending identities cost €100 a month on Basic, while five separate senders cost €250. Lemlist splits it: the Email plan covers unlimited users for $55 a month, but LinkedIn is on the per-user Multichannel plan at $87 each, so $435. Instantly is per workspace with no per-seat fee. We price in EUR and the rest price in USD, and the figures above are not converted.

Will running LinkedIn and email from one tool get my LinkedIn account restricted?

The channel count is not the risk; the pacing is. LinkedIn applies per-account limits, and a tool that ignores them puts the account at risk no matter how many channels it runs. We pace and randomize every LinkedIn action to look human, and we cap a sequence containing LinkedIn steps at 400 active prospects. Expandi enforces limit ranges per action and adds profile warm-up and a dedicated country-based IP. SalesRobot publishes a daily quota per action, from 20 of everything on Basic to 75 connection requests a day above it. No vendor can promise LinkedIn will never restrict an account. The two questions worth asking are how the tool paces actions, and whether one LinkedIn account is ever driven by two tools at once. That second one is what LinkedIn notices.

Does Vaam make calls?

No. We have no dialer and no in-app calling. A call in a Vaam sequence is a task: the step appears in the seller's task list with the prospect's details, and the seller makes the call from their own phone. If you need calls placed inside the tool, Lemlist has a built-in dialer and VoIP integrations on its Multichannel plan, and La Growth Machine lists call tasks from its Pro plan. We send no SMS, no WhatsApp and no LinkedIn voice messages either.

Do any of these tools answer replies for me?

Some do, and it is the sharpest difference on this page. SalesRobot's AI Appointment Setter "replies on your behalf instantly" and works the lead until it is ready to book. Skylead's AI SDR qualifies leads, handles conversations and books meetings, with a semi-automatic mode where a person reviews first. Instantly ships an AI Reply Agent. We stop before that line on purpose. A prospect's reply stops the sequence and comes to the seller as a task, with an AI summary and, where the AI judges the reply needs a person, a suggested response you can copy. If your requirement is that nobody touches the pipeline until a meeting appears, we are the wrong tool.

Where is my data stored?

Only two of the seven state that it stays in the EU. We store all customer data within the European Union, and lemlist's privacy policy says the host servers for its databases are located exclusively within the EU. La Growth Machine is mostly EU but its DPA names Bright Data in Israel and OpenAI in the United States. Skylead's policy says it processes personal data primarily in the United Kingdom and United States. SalesRobot may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Instantly generally stores service information in the United States. Expandi does not say where its servers are and states data may be transferred outside the EU. If residency matters to your legal review, ask each vendor for its sub-processor list in writing.
