Vaam

Lemlist alternatives

Lemlist sells two products on one price list, and which of them you actually use decides what you should move to. Vaam is ours and it is ranked first, so weigh the seven entries below it, and the case for staying on Lemlist, at least as heavily. Third-party facts come from each vendor's own pages, on the date shown at the bottom. Lemlist describes itself as an email-first sales engagement platform. Its own pricing page sells an Email plan at $69 per month for an account with unlimited users, with 50,000 emails a month, a deliverability hub and warm-up, an email and phone finder and a 650M+ lead database. LinkedIn, SMS and a built-in dialer arrive on the Multichannel plan at $109 per user per month, with WhatsApp as a paid add-on. Three legitimate reasons to shop for an alternative follow from that price list itself. First, multichannel is priced per user, so the tier that contains LinkedIn is the tier that multiplies with headcount, while the cheap tier is email only. Second, Lemlist's own help centre states that a video attached to a step "is not 1:1 personalized video" and is the same for every lead who reaches it, so spoken video personalized per prospect is not something Lemlist does. Third, and in the other direction, data residency is not a reason to leave. Lemlist's privacy policy states that the host servers on which it processes and stores its databases are located exclusively within the European Union, and several tools below are hosted outside it. The ranking below goes by which job each tool replaces, and Lemlist is in it rather than beside it, with its own plans and its own sources.

Short answer

Pick Vaam if what you want from Lemlist is the multichannel half, LinkedIn and email in one sequence, plus the prospecting and video Lemlist does not do. Our agents find and qualify prospects on LinkedIn against your audience, then a sequence of LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video steps runs on its own, priced in EUR with EU data residency. Pick Instantly if what you actually valued in Lemlist was email volume, warm-up and the lead database, and you can drop LinkedIn automation entirely. Pick La Growth Machine for the closest like-for-like multichannel replacement, with AI voice messages and X instead of SMS. Pick Skylead for one flat seat price that carries unlimited email accounts, warm-up and LinkedIn together. Pick Waalaxy if the deciding factor is cost, Expandi if you want depth on LinkedIn alone, and HeyReach if you run many LinkedIn sender accounts for clients. Stay on Lemlist if you use its SMS steps or its in-app dialer, because nothing else here has them, or if 50,000 emails a month with warm-up and the 650M+ lead database is the motion. Only Instantly and Skylead come close on that, and neither of them brings SMS or calling. Lemlist is ranked fourth below on those merits, not excluded.

Top pick: Vaam Best for Agent-sourced LinkedIn, email and video outreach with a human on the replies

Pick Vaam if

  • You want the tool to find and qualify prospects continuously, not just execute a list you built from a database.
  • You use the LinkedIn and email half of Lemlist, and not the cold email volume.
  • You want spoken video personalized per prospect, which Lemlist's own docs say it does not do.
  • You want native CRM sync to HubSpot, Pipedrive or Upsales included rather than bought as credits.
  • You price in euros and want EU data residency stated by the vendor.

Pick Instantly if

  • Cold email volume, warm-up and inbox placement were the reason you bought Lemlist.
  • You want a lead database again, and Instantly publishes 450M+ B2B leads sold as credits.
  • Per-workspace pricing suits you better than Lemlist's per-user Multichannel plan.
  • You can give up LinkedIn automation completely; Instantly documents no automated LinkedIn sending.

Pick La Growth Machine if

  • You want the closest like-for-like multichannel replacement, with LinkedIn, email, X and call tasks in one sequence builder.
  • AI-personalized LinkedIn voice messages are a better fit for your motion than SMS.
  • You want a European vendor with published prices in EUR, USD and GBP.
  • You want teammates who only reply included in the price rather than billed as seats.

Pick Lemlist if

  • Stay on Lemlist if your sequences use SMS steps or the built-in dialer. No other tool on this page has either.
  • Stay if the 650M+ lead database and the email and phone finder are how you build every list.
  • Stay if 50,000 emails a month with the deliverability hub and warm-up is the motion, and LinkedIn is a small part of it.
  • Stay if the Email plan's unlimited users on one account fits your team better than any per-seat price here.
  • Stay if EU-hosted databases are a hard requirement; several tools ranked below process data outside the European Union.

Pick Skylead if

  • You want one flat seat price that carries LinkedIn, unlimited email accounts and warm-up together.
  • Email volume matters and you still need LinkedIn steps in the same sequence.
  • You would pay for an add-on AI SDR that handles inbox conversations, in automatic or semi-automatic mode.
  • You run an agency and want a dashboard, a shared unibox and a white-label option.

Pick Waalaxy if

  • Price is the deciding factor and LinkedIn is the main channel.
  • You want invitation quotas published per plan before you pay.
  • You want a free tier that keeps your prospects readable after the trial ends.

Pick Expandi if

  • You want the widest catalog of LinkedIn campaign types, including group messages and event invites.
  • A dedicated country-based IP per account and enforced limit ranges are worth paying for.
  • You run LinkedIn accounts for clients and want white label on an agency plan.

Pick HeyReach if

  • You need one campaign to rotate across many LinkedIn sender accounts.
  • You pay per sender rather than per teammate, because VAs and clients cost nothing to add.
  • Email already lives in a separate tool and you only want the LinkedIn leg replaced.

The ranking

Ranked on how much of a LinkedIn + email + video outreach workflow each tool covers on its own.

  1. Vaam

Best for Agent-sourced LinkedIn, email and video outreach with a human on the replies

A sales outreach automation platform whose agents find prospects on LinkedIn, check them against your audience and enroll the matches into a sequence of LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video steps.

    From
    €99/user/mo
    Free trial
    14 days, no credit card
    • The agents find and qualify prospects on their own. They source from LinkedIn posts and people searches, enrich each profile, and check it against the audience you defined before enrollment. If you configure no audience, they run without the matching step.
    • Sourcing, qualification and outreach sit in one product, so there is no export and re-import between building a list and running it.
    • You decide how much autonomy the agent gets. Turn on Require approval to review every prospect first, or leave it off and let the agent enroll the matches.
    • Video is personalized per prospect and included in the plan, which is the thing Lemlist's own docs say its video step does not do.
    • LinkedIn is included on the one plan rather than gated behind a separate, more expensive tier.
    • Native CRM sync for contacts, activities and blocklists is included.
    • All customer data is stored within the European Union.
    • No lead database of our own. The 650M+ database is the part of Lemlist we do not replace. Our agents work from LinkedIn, or you import your own list.
    • We are not built for high-volume cold email. We publish no warm-up product, no inbox-placement testing and no dedicated IPs.
    • No SMS steps and no in-app dialer. Calls are sequence tasks.
    • Our agents source from LinkedIn only, and Sales Navigator search URLs do not work.
    • We price per user, so the cost grows with headcount.
  2. Instantly

Best for Replacing Lemlist's email volume, deliverability and lead database

A cold email platform with unlimited mailboxes and warm-up, a 450M+ B2B lead database, AI agents and dedicated sending infrastructure, sold as separate outreach, credit and CRM plans or as a bundle.

    From
$47/account/mo Outreach — Growth — email only, no LinkedIn automation, no video, and lead credits are a separate plan
    Free trial
Free trial with 250 uploaded contacts and 1,000 emails on Email Outreach, and 100 trial credits; no credit card required
    • Unlimited email accounts and unlimited warm-up on every Outreach plan, which is the direct answer to Lemlist's deliverability hub.
    • A 450M+ B2B lead database with waterfall enrichment, sold as credits.
    • Priced per workspace, so adding teammates carries no published per-seat fee, which is the usual complaint about Lemlist's Multichannel tier.
    • The cheapest published entry point on this page, at $47 per month.
    • AI Sales Agent and AI Reply Agent are part of the product rather than a separate tool.
    • LinkedIn is not an automated channel. The help centre documents a "Connect" button that opens the prospect's LinkedIn profile. Leaving Lemlist Multichannel for Instantly means giving LinkedIn up.
    • No video feature is documented on the pricing page, the product menu or the help centre.
    • Instantly's privacy policy says it generally stores service information in the United States, so this is a move away from Lemlist's EU-hosted databases.
    • The real bill is usually outreach plus credits plus CRM, not the headline price.
    • Plans are tiered by email and contact volume, so a short, high-value list pays for a tier it will not fill.
  3. La Growth Machine

Best for The closest like-for-like multichannel replacement, with voice instead of SMS

A French multichannel outreach platform that runs LinkedIn, email, X and call tasks from one sequence builder, with AI-personalized LinkedIn voice messages included on every plan.

    From
€60/identity/mo Basic — no CRM sync at this tier
    Free trial
    14 days, no credit card
    • Four channels in one sequence builder, LinkedIn, email, X (Twitter) and call tasks, the nearest match to Lemlist's Multichannel plan.
    • Signals continuously imports leads matching an intent trigger, and Lookalike Search keeps suggesting similar companies.
    • AI-personalized LinkedIn voice messages are included on every plan, from €60 per identity per month.
    • Team members who only reply are included in the identity price, 3 on Basic, 25 on Pro and unlimited on Ultimate.
    • Built-in 27M+ company database and waterfall email enrichment across 9 providers.
    • No video step of any kind; the published channels are LinkedIn, email, X and calls.
    • No SMS and no WhatsApp, so two of Lemlist's Multichannel channels are simply gone.
    • CRM sync with HubSpot or Pipedrive requires the Ultimate plan at €180 per identity per month.
    • Billing is per identity, so several senders multiply the price just as Lemlist's per-user tier does.
    • Enrichment runs on credits, and two sub-processors in the DPA process outside the EU.
  4. Lemlist

Best for Staying put when SMS, calling and email volume are the motion

Lemlist is the incumbent here, a sales engagement platform built email-first, with warm-up, a large lead database and a multichannel tier that adds LinkedIn, SMS and calling.

    From
$69/account/mo Email — email only, LinkedIn needs the Multichannel plan
    Free trial
14 days of full Multichannel access on any plan, no credit card
    • The most channels in one sequence on this page, covering email, LinkedIn, SMS and calls, with WhatsApp as an add-on. Nothing ranked here matches that.
    • Mature deliverability tooling, including warm-up, on every plan.
    • A 650M+ lead database with an email and phone finder inside the product.
    • The email-only plan covers unlimited users on one $69 account price.
    • Lemlist's privacy policy states the host servers for its databases are located exclusively within the European Union.
    • LinkedIn automation requires the Multichannel plan at $109 per user per month, so the multichannel tier is the one that scales with headcount.
    • Video is not personalized per lead. Lemlist's own docs state the attached video is the same for every lead who reaches that step.
    • The People database is a manual search you run and push to a campaign; Lemlist documents no source that re-checks itself on a schedule and qualifies each prospect before outreach.
    • WhatsApp is a paid add-on rather than part of the Multichannel plan.
    • Enrichment and intent data are consumed as separately purchased credits.
  5. Skylead

Best for One flat seat price covering LinkedIn, unlimited email accounts and warm-up

An all-in-one LinkedIn automation and cold email tool sold at one seat price, with smart sequences, unlimited email accounts, infinite warm-up, a B2B database and an optional AI SDR for inbox conversations.

    From
    $100/seat/mo
    Free trial
7 days, no charge until you subscribe
    • One flat seat price carries LinkedIn automation, unlimited email accounts, 100 000 emails a month and infinite warm-up together, where Lemlist splits those across two tiers.
    • Smart sequences branch on how each lead responds, and campaigns and active leads are unlimited.
    • Real-time sync with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce is listed on the base plan, not on a top tier.
    • An AI SDR add-on handles inbox conversations in automatic or semi-automatic mode, where you review each suggested reply first.
    • Agency plans add a client dashboard, a shared unibox, roles and permissions and a white-label option.
    • Video is not native. The pricing table lists it as a "Partnership with Sendspark", so per-prospect video needs a second product.
    • AI data enrichment and the AI SDR are add-ons, so the $100 seat price is a floor rather than the bill.
    • The privacy policy states Skylead processes personal data primarily in the United Kingdom and the United States, which is a move away from Lemlist's EU-hosted databases.
    • The free trial is 7 days, half the length of Lemlist's.
    • No SMS steps and no in-app dialer.
  6. Waalaxy

Best for The cheapest way to keep running LinkedIn sequences

A LinkedIn-first prospecting tool built for beginners, with published invitation quotas per plan, cold email on its top tier and a free plan that stores prospects without automating them.

    From
€19/user/mo Pro — LinkedIn only, cold email needs the Business plan
    Free trial
14 days on all plans; a Freemium tier remains after the trial
    • The cheapest published entry price on this page, at €19 per user per month.
    • Multichannel LinkedIn and email at €69 per user per month, below Lemlist's Multichannel tier.
    • Invitation and message quotas are published per plan, so you know the volume before you pay.
    • Fully cloud-based since 1 July 2026; no browser extension is needed.
    • Native CRM integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive on every paid plan.
    • A Freemium tier keeps your prospects and campaigns readable after the trial ends.
    • No video step of any kind, and no lead database. The published feature list covers LinkedIn prospecting, an email finder and cold email.
    • Cold email is only on the €69 Business plan, so the €19 headline is LinkedIn only.
    • Email finder credits are 25 per month below the Business plan.
    • The data usage policy does not state where customer data is hosted, so Lemlist's explicit EU statement is not matched.
    • The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically and the help centre states no reminder is sent.
  7. Expandi

Best for Depth on LinkedIn alone, with a dedicated IP per account

A LinkedIn automation platform with a large catalogue of campaign types, a dedicated country-based IP per account, and a white-label plan for agencies.

    From
$99/seat/mo Business — LinkedIn-first, email steps need your own SMTP mailbox, video needs a paid Sendspark add-on
    Free trial
7 days, full feature access, no charge until you subscribe
    • The widest set of LinkedIn campaign types here, including connector, messenger, builder, open and paid InMail, group, event invite, mobile connector, inbound and company follow invite.
    • A dedicated country-based IP address and automatic profile warm-up are part of the Business price.
    • Limit ranges are enforced by the tool; Expandi states it will not let you exceed the limits you set.
    • Native HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce integrations, plus webhooks and an API.
    • Agency plan adds white label, roles and permissions and centralized campaign management.
    • Email steps require you to connect your own mailbox by SMTP and IMAP, and the lead's address must already be public on LinkedIn or imported by CSV; Expandi's docs route email campaigns to Smartlead, a separate product.
    • No email finder and no lead database, so Lemlist's data layer is not replaced at all.
    • Video personalization is a paid add-on that runs through Sendspark and needs a separate Sendspark account.
    • The privacy policy does not say where data is stored and states data may be transferred outside the European Union.
    • The free trial is 7 days.
  8. HeyReach

Best for Agencies scaling many LinkedIn sender accounts

A LinkedIn-only outreach platform priced per LinkedIn sender, built around sender rotation, a unified inbox and agency white-label.

    From
$79/sender/mo Growth — LinkedIn only, email runs through Instantly or Smartlead, not inside HeyReach
    Free trial
14 days on Growth with 3 LinkedIn accounts, no credit card; a 30-day trial of Agency and Unlimited on request
    • One campaign can rotate between unlimited LinkedIn senders, which is how you raise LinkedIn volume past one account's limits.
    • Billing is per LinkedIn sender, so teammates, VAs and clients cost nothing to add, the opposite of a per-user multichannel tier.
    • A unified inbox lets one person work the replies of many LinkedIn accounts.
    • Agency plans include white-label branding and client workspaces with separate client data.
    • API, webhooks, an MCP server and integrations with Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n and HubSpot.
    • LinkedIn only. The sequence builder has no email step, no video step and no SMS step, so it replaces at most half of Lemlist.
    • Multichannel means sending email from Instantly or Smartlead, which is a second subscription.
    • No lead database; campaigns run lists you supply by CSV, API or integration.
    • The per-sender price is hard on a small team where every rep sends from their own account.
    • HeyReach publishes no EU data-residency guarantee; its privacy policy says data may be processed outside your country.

Feature comparison

Feature support by product
Feature Vaam Instantly La Growth Machine Lemlist Skylead Waalaxy Expandi HeyReach
Agent-sourced prospecting The tool finds and qualifies new prospects itself, instead of only running a list you built elsewhere. Yes Vaam's agents source from LinkedIn posts and people searches, enrich each profile, and check it against the audience you defined before enrollment. If you configure no audience, they run without the matching step. Partial The AI Sales Agent discovers and enriches new leads against the customer profile you configure, within a daily limit you set. Its help article documents no live external source; Instantly's documented lead sourcing is its 450M+ B2B database. Yes Signals continuously imports leads matching an intent trigger, meaning a LinkedIn like or comment, an event signup, a job change, a profile visit, a form or a website visit, and Lookalike Search keeps suggesting similar companies. The trigger and its filters are the qualification; no per-prospect verdict is published. Partial The People database is a manual search. You filter, select leads and push them to a campaign, and saved searches are filter templates you re-apply yourself. Lemlist documents no source that re-checks itself on a schedule and qualifies each prospect before outreach. Partial Account-based prospecting builds company lists and finds matching decision-makers, and the B2B database is filtered and saved to a contact list. Both are searches you run; Skylead documents no source that re-checks itself on a schedule. Partial Waalaxy builds lead lists from a LinkedIn Search, Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite import or a CSV, and can automatically import contacts who like or comment on your posts. No ICP check is applied to imported leads before the campaign contacts them. Partial A lead list built from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search can auto-reload on a chosen frequency and assign new results to the campaign. The search filters are the only qualification; Expandi documents no separate audience check. No HeyReach campaigns run lead lists you supply, whether an existing list, a CSV upload, leads moved from another campaign, leads added from the Unibox, or the API and integrations such as Clay.
Autonomous sequence execution Sourced prospects enter a multi-step sequence and every step sends on schedule without a person triggering it. Yes LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video steps send automatically, with randomized human-like pacing and a 400 active-prospect cap on LinkedIn sequences. Yes Campaigns send on their own schedule and the AI Sales Agent creates and sends multi-step outreach. Email is the only automated channel. Yes LinkedIn, email, X and call tasks run from one sequence builder once a lead enters a campaign, with conditions on opens, clicks and replies. Yes Campaign steps across email, LinkedIn, SMS and calls send on the campaign schedule once leads are in the campaign. Yes Smart sequences run LinkedIn and email steps and branch on how each lead responds, with unlimited campaigns and unlimited active leads per campaign. Yes Connection requests, messages and follow-ups run in the cloud once a campaign starts. Combining LinkedIn and email in one campaign needs the Business plan. Yes Campaign steps run automatically once leads are assigned, within the limit ranges and working hours you set. Partial LinkedIn steps send on their own once a campaign is launched, but the sequence is LinkedIn-only; HeyReach defines multichannel as native integrations with Instantly and Smartlead, so email runs elsewhere.
Human control points Named places where a person can approve or halt the automation, such as approving prospects before outreach and replies that stop the sequence. Yes Require approval holds each prospect for your decision, and a prospect's reply stops the sequence and comes to the seller as a task. Yes Outside Autopilot mode the AI Sales Agent needs manual approval in the Live Feed before it finds more leads or sends anything, and the campaign option "Stop sending emails on reply" pauses follow-ups. Not documented The feature pages document Out of Office detection that pauses actions, a multichannel inbox and a Slack alert on reply, but state neither an approval step before contact nor an automatic stop on reply. Ask the vendor before relying on either. Partial Campaign settings let you choose what a reply does, either continue, pause the lead or end the lead. Leads only enter a campaign when a person pushes them there, so Lemlist documents no separate approval gate. Partial The AI SDR offers a semi-automatic mode where you review each suggested reply before it goes out. Skylead's pages document no approval gate that holds a lead before outreach starts. Partial Smart reply detection automatically detects replies and pauses sequences accordingly. No approval step before outreach is documented. Yes Auto-assign can be left off so new search results wait for you to assign them by hand, and Expandi pauses the campaign for a lead who replies. Partial The help centre states that leads that respond to a sequence end it automatically, and the reply is worked in the Unibox. No approval gate before outreach is documented.
LinkedIn steps in the same sequence Connection requests and message steps sent from your own account. Yes Included, alongside email and video steps. No The documented LinkedIn action is a "Connect" button in the CRM that opens the prospect's profile. No automated LinkedIn sending is documented. Yes Included on every plan, including profile visits and social warming. Yes LinkedIn automation is included from the Multichannel plan at $109 per user per month; the Email plan has none. Yes LinkedIn automation is on the All-in-one plan, including paid and free InMails and LinkedIn warm-up. Yes Included on every paid plan; the Freemium tier runs no automation. Yes The core of the product; included in the Business price. Yes The whole product; unlimited campaigns on every plan.
Email volume and deliverability tooling High-volume sending, warm-up and inbox-placement infrastructure of the kind Lemlist puts on every plan. No Vaam sends from your own Gmail or Microsoft 365 inbox and publishes no warm-up product, inbox-placement testing or dedicated IPs. Its own guidance says a dedicated email tool fits better above a few hundred sends a day. Yes Unlimited email accounts and unlimited warm-up on every Outreach plan, 5,000 to 500,000 emails a month by tier, plus inbox placement testing and dedicated server and IP blocks on the top tiers. Partial Inbox rotation spreads sending across several addresses from the Pro plan. No email warm-up product is published. Yes 50,000 emails a month, a deliverability hub and warm-up on every plan, including the $69 Email tier. Yes Unlimited email accounts, 100 000 emails per month and infinite email warm-up are listed on the All-in-one plan. Partial Cold email sequences are on the Business plan only, and no warm-up or inbox-placement product is documented. No Email steps need your own mailbox connected by SMTP and IMAP; Expandi's docs route email campaigns to Smartlead, a separate product. No No email step exists in HeyReach; email is sent by Instantly or Smartlead through a native integration.
Video in outreach Sending a video as a sequence step, and whether that video is personalized per prospect. Yes Built-in recording and sharing, personalized per prospect, with up to 400 AI-personalized videos a month on the one plan. Not documented Instantly's pricing page, product menu and help centre do not document a video feature. No The published channels are LinkedIn, email, X and calls; personalization per lead is done with AI voice, not video. Partial Video can be attached to a LinkedIn message or placed on a personalized landing page, but Lemlist's documentation states the attached video "is not 1:1 personalized video" and is the same for all leads at that step; the landing page around it is what varies. Partial The pricing table lists video as a "Partnership with Sendspark", so the video itself lives in a separate product. No The published feature list covers LinkedIn prospecting, messaging, an email finder and cold email; no video step is documented. Partial Video personalization is a paid add-on delivered through Sendspark and needs a separate Sendspark account. No No video step appears in HeyReach's documented sequence actions.
Built-in lead database A searchable contact database inside the product, as Lemlist ships. No No database of its own. Vaam's agents source prospects from LinkedIn, or you import your own list. Yes 450M+ B2B leads with waterfall work-email enrichment, sold as credits. Partial A 27M+ company database plus waterfall email enrichment across 9 providers; the database is of companies rather than contacts. Yes 650M+ leads with an email and phone finder, inside the product. Yes A B2B database you filter and save to a contact list, plus an email finder and verifier, on the All-in-one plan. No Lists come from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator or CSV imports; the published data feature is an email finder, not a database. No Expandi documents no email finder and no database; an email step needs an address already public on LinkedIn or imported by CSV. No Leads come from lists, CSV uploads, the Unibox, the API or integrations such as Clay; enrichment credits are sold per sender.
Native CRM sync Yes HubSpot, Pipedrive and Upsales, included on the one plan; syncs contacts, activities and blocklists. Partial First-party HubSpot and Pipedrive integrations plus Zapier, webhooks and an API. Logging Instantly activity into Salesforce is documented through OutboundSync, a third-party connector. Partial HubSpot and Pipedrive on the Ultimate plan only; not on Basic or Pro. Yes CRM integrations and an API from the Email plan. Yes Real-time sync with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce is listed on the All-in-one plan, plus webhooks and an API. Yes HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, with CRM sync listed on every paid plan. Yes HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce; the docs describe sending contacts and interaction data into the CRM. Partial HubSpot, Attio and Breakcold are listed on the integrations page; Pipedrive is not, and Zapier, Make and n8n cover the rest.
Published entry price for LinkedIn and email together The cheapest published plan that runs both channels, since that is the comparison Lemlist's Multichannel tier sets. Yes €99 per user per month, billed monthly; LinkedIn, email and video are all included on the one plan. No $47 per month per workspace buys email only; no plan adds automated LinkedIn sending. Yes €50 per identity per month annually, €60 monthly; LinkedIn and email are both on the Basic plan. Partial $69 per month per account buys email only for unlimited users; both channels start at the $109 per user per month Multichannel plan, or $87 on a yearly term. Yes $100 per seat per month, with LinkedIn automation and unlimited email accounts on the same plan. Partial €19 per user per month is LinkedIn only; LinkedIn plus email starts at the €69 Business plan. Partial $79 per seat per month yearly, $99 monthly, and email steps still need your own SMTP mailbox. No $63 per sender per month yearly, $79 monthly, for LinkedIn only; email means a second subscription to Instantly or Smartlead.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Lemlist alternative in 2026?

It depends on which half of Lemlist you actually use. If it is the multichannel half, LinkedIn and email in one sequence, Vaam is the pick on this page, and we add two things Lemlist does not do: agents that find and qualify prospects on LinkedIn, and video personalized per prospect. We publish the page, so weigh that. If what you use is the email half, meaning 50,000 emails a month, warm-up and the 650M+ lead database, then Instantly or Skylead replaces it far more directly and we do not. La Growth Machine is the closest like-for-like multichannel tool, with AI voice messages where Lemlist has SMS.

Is there a free Lemlist alternative?

Not a full one. Waalaxy is the only tool here with a permanent free tier, and its own help centre is clear that the Freemium plan keeps your prospects and campaigns readable rather than running automation. Everything else is a trial: Vaam 14 days with no credit card, La Growth Machine 14 days, Waalaxy 14 days on all plans, Skylead and Expandi 7 days, HeyReach 14 days on Growth, and Instantly a free trial capped at 250 uploaded contacts and 1,000 emails. If your budget is genuinely zero, expect to run manual outreach; a free plan that sends multichannel sequences does not exist in this set.

What is the cheapest Lemlist alternative?

Waalaxy, at €19 per user per month on its published yearly price, though that plan is LinkedIn only and cold email starts at €69. Instantly is the cheapest published entry point overall at $47 per month per workspace, which is email only. For both channels on one plan, La Growth Machine's Basic tier at €50 per identity per month annually is the cheapest here, then Vaam at €99 per user per month billed monthly, then Skylead at $100 per seat and Lemlist's own Multichannel plan at $87 per user annually. Lemlist stays cheap only on its email-only tier, at $55 to $69 per month for unlimited users. Prices are in the currency each vendor publishes; do not compare EUR and USD figures without converting them.

Which Lemlist alternatives support LinkedIn and email in one sequence?

Vaam, La Growth Machine, Skylead and Waalaxy on its Business plan, plus Lemlist itself on the Multichannel plan. Expandi has an email action but you must connect your own mailbox by SMTP and IMAP, and its docs route email campaigns to Smartlead. Instantly and HeyReach each cover one channel only. Instantly documents no automated LinkedIn sending, and HeyReach's sequence steps are LinkedIn actions, with email delegated to Instantly or Smartlead.

What about video? Does any Lemlist alternative do per-prospect video?

Lemlist's own help centre states that a video attached to a step "is not 1:1 personalized video" and is the same for every lead who reaches it. What changes per lead is the landing page around it. Of the eight tools ranked here, only Vaam records and personalizes a video per prospect inside the sequence, with an allowance included in the plan. Skylead and Expandi both offer video through Sendspark, as a partnership and as a paid add-on respectively, which means a second product and a second subscription. La Growth Machine, Waalaxy and HeyReach document no video step at all, and Instantly documents none on its pricing page, product menu or help centre.

Can I move my lists and campaigns out of Lemlist?

Plan for a manual migration. None of the vendors here publishes a Lemlist importer, so the realistic path is a CSV export of your leads and a rebuild of the sequences by hand. Three things do not travel. Leads you pulled from Lemlist's 650M+ database are only yours as exported rows, so the database itself stops when the subscription does. Warm-up reputation belongs to the mailbox, not the tool, so keep sending volumes low for a while after the move. Your unsubscribe and blocklist data is the one export not to skip. Rebuild it in the new tool before the first campaign runs.

Will I lose EU data residency by leaving Lemlist?

Possibly, so check before you move. Lemlist's privacy policy states that the host servers on which it processes and stores its databases are located exclusively within the European Union. Of the alternatives here, Vaam stores all customer data within the European Union. Instantly's privacy policy says it generally stores service information in the United States, and Skylead's says it processes personal data primarily in the United Kingdom and the United States. La Growth Machine names its sub-processors, most inside the EU with two outside. Waalaxy and Expandi do not state where customer data is hosted, and HeyReach says data may be processed outside your country.

What would I be giving up by leaving Lemlist?

Read Lemlist's own price list first. The Email plan at $69 per month covers unlimited users on one account with 50,000 emails a month, a deliverability hub and warm-up, an email and phone finder and the 650M+ lead database. The Multichannel plan at $109 per user per month adds LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp as a paid add-on and a built-in call dialer. No alternative ranked here replaces the SMS steps or the dialer, and only Instantly and Skylead match the email volume and warm-up. If those are the features you use daily, the honest answer is to stay.
