Vaam

Best AI SDR tools in 2026

The hard part of buying an AI SDR is deciding how much of the sales conversation you are willing to hand over. Two very different products are sold under the phrase. One is a fully autonomous agent that runs the whole motion on its own, replies and booked meeting included. The other is agent-driven outreach with control points, where the agents source and send but a person keeps the conversation. They fail for opposite reasons, so each entry states which kind it is before it gets to price. Vaam is the second kind and it is ranked first here, which is our own bias in plain sight, so the entries say plainly when the first kind is what you actually want. The order follows which tool fits which job, and every third-party fact comes from the vendor's own pages, on the date shown at the bottom.

Short answer

If you want agent-driven outreach with control points, pick us. Our agents find and qualify prospects on LinkedIn against your audience, and then the LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video sequence runs on its own. You choose whether to approve each prospect first, a prospect's reply pauses the sequence and becomes your task, and we price in EUR with EU data residency. If you want a fully autonomous SDR that answers replies and books meetings without you, we are not that product. Pick AiSDR for published per-month pricing across email, LinkedIn and phone, Artisan if you want one platform that also brings the data and deliverability layer, or Salesforge's Agent Frank if you want the agent to sit on top of a cheap sending platform you also control. AiSDR and Agent Frank both offer a mode where a person approves messages before they send. 11x and Amplemarket are enterprise buys that need a demo before you see a price.

Top pick: Vaam Best for Agent-sourced LinkedIn, email and video outreach with a human on the replies

Pick Vaam if

  • You want the tool to find and qualify prospects continuously, not just execute a list you built somewhere else.
  • You want AI to do the sourcing and the sending, and a human to own every reply.
  • LinkedIn is your main channel and account safety matters more than raw volume.
  • You want video personalized per prospect inside the same sequence, not bolted on from a second vendor.
  • You need EU data residency and a price in euros you can read without a sales call.

Pick AiSDR if

  • You want a genuinely autonomous SDR that qualifies replies and books meetings.
  • You want to see the price before you talk to sales, and plans start at $250 per month.
  • You run several mailboxes and LinkedIn accounts and want the agent to work all of them.

Pick Artisan (Ava) if

  • You want one vendor for data, enrichment, deliverability, sequencing and the agent itself.
  • Autonomous reply handling with human-in-the-loop controls is the deciding feature.
  • You are comfortable with a price that is scoped to your plan on a call rather than published.

Pick Salesforge (Agent Frank) if

  • You want the agent on top of a sending platform you also run yourself, from $40 per month.
  • Email and LinkedIn are enough, and you want the agent's price documented ($499 per month, billed quarterly).
  • Co-pilot mode, where you approve or edit before anything sends, is how you want to start.

Pick 11x (Alice) if

  • You want one vendor for outbound sequences and an inbound AI phone agent.
  • You care about consented outbound calling and inbound lead routing as much as email.
  • You are an enterprise buyer and a demo-only price is acceptable.

Pick Amplemarket (Duo) if

  • You want AI that assists reps rather than replaces them; Amplemarket states Duo never sends without visibility.
  • Buying-intent signals, including public posts and community activity, are the core of your motion.
  • You have the budget for a $600 per month entry plan and a contract conversation for anything above it.

Pick Regie.ai if

  • You want to try agent-driven prospecting for nothing before committing.
  • Email plus a dialer covers your motion and you do not need LinkedIn steps.
  • Credit-based pricing at $49 per month fits better than a per-seat contract.

The ranking

Ranked on how much of a LinkedIn + email + video outreach workflow each tool covers on its own.

  1. Vaam

Best for Agent-sourced LinkedIn, email and video outreach with a human on the replies

A sales outreach automation platform whose agents find prospects on LinkedIn, check them against your audience and enroll the matches into a sequence of LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video steps.

    From
    €99/user/mo
    Free trial
    14 days, no credit card
    • Vaam's agents find and qualify prospects on their own. They source from LinkedIn posts and people searches, enrich each profile, and check it against the audience you defined before anyone is contacted. With no audience configured, they run without that check.
    • Sourcing, qualification and outreach live in one product, so there is no export-import step between building a list and running it.
    • You decide how much autonomy to give. Turn on Require approval to review every prospect first, or leave it off and let the agent enroll the matches by itself.
    • LinkedIn actions run on human-like, randomized pacing that respects the per-account limits LinkedIn applies.
    • Video personalized per prospect is included in the plan rather than sold as a second product.
    • Prices are published in EUR and all customer data is stored inside the European Union.
    • We do not answer replies or book meetings. A prospect's reply pauses the sequence and becomes a task for the seller.
    • Our agents source from LinkedIn only. We have no lead database, and no website-visitor or CRM-signal source.
    • Approval is per prospect and off by default. Nothing asks you to approve each individual message.
    • No dialer and no SMS. Calls are sequence tasks.
  2. AiSDR

Best for A fully autonomous SDR with prices you can read up front

An AI sales assistant for inbound and outbound that follows up with leads, qualifies them, answers questions and books meetings across email, LinkedIn and phone.

    From
    $250/account/mo
    Free trial
No free trial, per AiSDR's own FAQ; plans are cancel-anytime instead
    • Works inbound and outbound. It follows up, qualifies, answers objections and books meetings.
    • Works email, LinkedIn connection requests, DMs and InMail, plus AI call steps through an Aircall dialer.
    • Every plan offers a co-pilot mode as an alternative to replying automatically in 5-10 minutes.
    • Publishes its full price list, which most autonomous-SDR vendors do not.
    • No free trial; the entry plan is $250 per month for 200 contacts.
    • LinkedIn signal monitoring (post engagement, profile visits, keyword tracking) starts on Explore, not Solo.
    • Explore and Scale carry a quarterly contract.
    • Contact allowances, not seats, set the cost, so a broad list gets expensive fast.
    • AI video appears on the Scale plan only, and per-prospect personalization is not documented.
  3. Artisan (Ava)

Best for One platform for the agent plus the data and deliverability underneath

An AI BDR that finds and enriches B2B leads, writes and sends outreach, handles replies and books meetings, on a platform that also carries the data, deliverability and dialer layer.

    From
Custom pricing Team — no list price, Artisan scopes the price to your plan
    Free trial
Free to start; paid plans are quoted per plan
    • Consolidates B2B data, enrichment, deliverability, sequencing, a dialer and intent signals with the agent.
    • Autonomous replies and meeting booking are on every plan, not held back for a top tier.
    • You can review and approve all outreach before it goes out, then turn approvals off once you trust it.
    • Ava is free to start, so you can see the product before a paid plan is quoted.
    • Publishes no prices at all; every number comes from a sales conversation.
    • Plans are sized in leads contacted per month, so the cost per meeting is impossible to model up front.
    • Documents "email and social" as the autopilot channels without naming LinkedIn. Verify that on the demo.
    • Ava does not call; the FAQ says she cannot legally make calls and queues the list for your reps instead.
  4. Salesforge (Agent Frank)

Best for An autonomous agent on top of a sending platform you still control

A sending platform with an optional AI SDR, Agent Frank, that prospects, writes, follows up and books meetings across email and LinkedIn in either auto-pilot or co-pilot mode.

    From
$40/account/mo Pro — platform only, the AI SDR is a separate subscription
    Free trial
14 days on the Pro and Growth platform plans
    • Co-pilot mode sends Agent Frank's work for your approval or edit before anything goes out.
    • The agent sits on a sending platform you can run on its own, from $40 per month.
    • LinkedIn support is explicit. Connect a profile as a sender and the agent works it alongside email.
    • Includes access to a 500M+ contact database.
    • The agent is a separate subscription on top of the platform plan.
    • Agent Frank is billed quarterly rather than monthly.
    • Per-contact overage above 2 000 contacts per month adds up on large lists.
    • Its pages document text outreach only; no video capability is listed.
  5. 11x (Alice)

Best for Enterprise teams that want outbound and inbound phone agents from one vendor

"Digital workers" for go-to-market. Alice prospects, personalizes, handles replies and schedules meetings, while a separate phone agent answers inbound calls, qualifies and books.

    From
Custom pricing Demo-only — no list price, 11x asks for a live demo
    Free trial
Not published; the site routes to a live demo
    • Multi-channel sequences with a sequence builder, smart replies and multi-lingual outreach.
    • Handles replies and schedules meetings without a rep in the loop.
    • A separate AI phone agent covers inbound calls, qualification and routing around the clock.
    • Ships its own real-time company and lead database plus live web research and visitor tracking.
    • No published pricing and no published free trial. Every entry point is a demo.
    • The pricing URL returns a 404, so the cost is impossible to check before a sales call.
    • Whether a human can review messages before they send is not documented.
    • Names email and consented calling as channels but never names LinkedIn in its copy, so confirm it before you buy.
  6. Amplemarket (Duo)

Best for Signal-based selling where the rep, not the agent, presses send

A multichannel sales platform whose Duo agents surface buying signals, write first touches and draft replies, while reps keep control of what goes out.

    From
    $600/account/mo
    Free trial
Yes, the pricing page states that all plans include a free trial
    • States plainly that Duo "never sends or changes things without visibility", so reps review before send.
    • Buying-intent signals are the core of the product, not an add-on; sources include public posts, community activity and your own CRM.
    • Multichannel engagement across email, social, calls and WhatsApp.
    • Duo Inbox drafts replies to prospects for the rep to approve, and every plan includes a free trial.
    • The entry plan is $600 per month, the highest published starting price here.
    • Only one tier has a published price; Growth and Elite need a quote.
    • Reply handling (Duo Inbox) sits on the top tier.
    • It is deliberately not an autonomous SDR, so it is the wrong pick if you want the agent to close the loop.
  7. Regie.ai

Best for Trying agent-driven prospecting without a contract

Credit-based AI prospecting that builds the list, enriches and verifies contacts, drafts in your voice and dials, sending from your own Gmail or Outlook.

    From
    $0/account/mo
    Free trial
Free plan with 250 credits, no credit card
    • A genuinely free tier with 250 credits and no credit card.
    • At $49 per month, the cheapest paid plan here that includes agents. Salesforge's $40 Pro plan is the sending platform without one.
    • Research, enrichment, drafting, agents and a dialer are on every plan.
    • Sends from the seller's own Gmail or Outlook rather than a vendor domain.
    • Credits, not seats, meter everything, and Pro credits do not roll over.
    • LinkedIn steps are not documented on the pricing page.
    • CRM sync and SOC 2 sit on the Enterprise tier.
    • Reply handling and an approval step before sending are not documented.

With no audience configured, they run without that check. Yes Plans are metered in AI-researched contacts per month, and LinkedIn signal monitoring (post engagement, profile visits, keyword tracking) feeds sourcing from Explore upwards. Yes Ava finds and enriches leads from a 250M+ B2B contact database and intent signals on every plan. Yes Agent Frank lists "24/7 automated prospecting" against a 500M+ contact database. Yes A real-time company and lead database plus live web search, AI prospecting and visitor tracking. Yes Buying-intent signals (public posts, community activity and your own CRM) drive sourcing against annual contact credits. Partial Credits cover building the list, enrichment and verification; qualification against a customer-defined ICP is not documented.
Autonomous sequence execution Sourced prospects enter a multi-step sequence and every step sends on schedule without a person triggering it. Yes LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video steps send automatically, with randomized human-like pacing and a 400 active-prospect cap on LinkedIn sequences. Yes Email, LinkedIn connection requests, DMs and InMail, plus AI call steps through an Aircall dialer. Yes Artisan documents "email and social on autopilot, calls queued" for your reps. Yes Multichannel sequences run across email, social, calls and WhatsApp; Duo drafts the content but reps keep visibility of what goes out. Partial Sends from your own Gmail or Outlook and dials; LinkedIn steps are not documented on the pricing page.
Fully autonomous, replies handled without a human The agent answers a prospect's reply on its own. No Vaam runs the outbound steps; replies land with the seller, who answers them. Yes Auto-pilot runs unsupervised; co-pilot asks for approval first. Yes 11x states Alice "handles replies" continuously. Partial Duo Inbox drafts replies, but Amplemarket states Duo never sends without rep visibility. Frequently asked questions

What is an AI SDR?

An AI SDR is software that does the sales development rep's prospecting work. The phrase covers two products that behave very differently. A fully autonomous AI SDR (AiSDR, Artisan's Ava, Salesforge's Agent Frank, 11x's Alice) finds the prospects, writes and sends the outreach, answers the replies and books the meeting. The other kind is agent-driven outreach with control points, such as Vaam or Amplemarket. Its agents find and qualify the prospects and the sequence sends on its own, but a person can approve prospects before outreach and always owns the conversation. Decide which of the two you want before you compare prices, because they fail in opposite ways.

What is the best AI SDR tool in 2026?

There is no single best one, because the category holds two different products. For agent-driven outreach where a person still owns the reply, we are the pick: agents that qualify prospects on LinkedIn against your audience, a LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video sequence that then runs on its own, optional approval per prospect, published EUR pricing and EU data residency. For a fully autonomous agent, AiSDR publishes its prices and covers email, LinkedIn and phone; Artisan brings the data and deliverability layer with it and is free to start; Salesforge's Agent Frank sits on a sending platform you can also run yourself. AiSDR, Artisan and Agent Frank all offer a mode where a person approves messages before they send.

Is Vaam an AI SDR?

Vaam is a sales outreach automation platform with AI agents inside it, not a fully autonomous SDR. Our agents find prospects from LinkedIn posts and people searches, check them against your audience, and add the matching ones to a sequence. You can turn on an approval step and review each prospect first. Vaam then runs the LinkedIn, email and video steps with AI-personalized content. We do not answer replies or book meetings. If your requirement is "nobody touches the pipeline until the meeting is in the calendar", we are the wrong tool.

How much do AI SDR tools cost?

Published entry prices in this ranking run from $0 (Regie.ai's free tier) and $49 per month for Regie Pro, through €99 per user per month for Vaam, $250 per month for AiSDR Solo, $499 per month for Salesforge's Agent Frank and $600 per month for Amplemarket Startup. Artisan and 11x publish no amounts at all. Artisan names its tiers and their monthly lead volumes but scopes the price to your plan. Note that autonomous agents are usually metered by contacts or credits rather than by seat, so the headline price is a floor, not the bill.

Can an AI SDR run LinkedIn outreach without getting my account restricted?

That depends entirely on how the tool paces its actions. LinkedIn applies per-account limits, and a tool that ignores them puts the account at risk. We pace and randomize every LinkedIn action to look human and respect those limits, and our agents share the same daily budget when they load prospect profiles. If account safety is a deciding factor, ask each vendor how it paces actions and whether profile enrichment competes with the same daily allowance.

Do AI SDRs replace human SDRs?

Not today. The autonomous tools genuinely handle research, sending, replies and booking, but they escalate anything complex to a person, as AiSDR says on its own site, and buyers still notice the difference. The more common outcome is a smaller team with more reach. AI does the sourcing, the research and the first draft, and a person owns the conversation that turns into revenue. We built Vaam for that shape of team.
