Vaam

Expandi alternatives

Expandi runs the LinkedIn leg well. What brings people here is usually the rest of the stack, because email, lead data and video all sit in other subscriptions beside it. Vaam is ours, we run our own outbound on it, and it ranks first below, which is why this page is careful about the things Expandi does that nothing else here does. Every third-party fact comes from the vendor's own pages on the date shown at the bottom. Expandi is a cloud LinkedIn automation platform sold at $99 per seat per month, or $79 on a yearly term, with a dedicated country-based IP address per account, automatic profile warm-up, enforced limit ranges and the widest catalog of LinkedIn campaign types in this set. The reasons to shop for an alternative come from Expandi's own documentation rather than from anyone's opinion. Email is barely a channel there, because an email step needs your own mailbox connected by SMTP and IMAP and Expandi's help centre routes email campaigns to Smartlead, a separate product. There is no email finder and no lead database, so the data layer is something you buy elsewhere. Video personalization is a paid add-on delivered through Sendspark and needs a separate Sendspark account. In the other direction, the dedicated IP per account and the sheer number of campaign types are hard to replace. This page ranks by which job each tool replaces, and Expandi is ranked in the same table so you can read its plans and its sources next to everything else.

Short answer

Pick Vaam if what you want beyond Expandi is the part before the campaign, meaning agents that find and qualify prospects on LinkedIn against your audience, plus email and per-prospect video in the same sequence rather than in two other subscriptions. Pick La Growth Machine for the closest multichannel replacement, with LinkedIn, email, X and call tasks in one sequence builder and AI voice messages included. Pick HeyReach if you run LinkedIn accounts for clients and want one campaign to rotate across many senders, billed per sender rather than per seat. Pick Waalaxy if price decides it, at €19 per user per month against Expandi's $99 per seat (different currencies, not converted here). Pick Dripify if you want the same cloud model with published daily quotas and a simpler builder. Pick Linked Helper if you want the widest LinkedIn action catalog at the lowest price and you accept a desktop app. Stay on Expandi if you bought it for the dedicated country-based IP per account, the enforced limit ranges, or the campaign types nothing else has, such as group messages, event invites, open and paid InMail and company follow invites. Expandi is ranked third below on those merits, not excluded.

Top pick: Vaam Best for Agent-sourced LinkedIn, email and video outreach with a human on the replies

Pick Vaam if

  • You want the tool to find and qualify prospects continuously, not just execute a list you built somewhere else.
  • You want AI doing the sourcing and the sending, and a person on every reply.
  • You want email as a step in the same sequence rather than a Smartlead subscription beside it.
  • You want spoken video personalized per prospect without a separate Sendspark account.
  • You want native CRM sync to HubSpot, Pipedrive or Upsales included, and customer data stored in the European Union.

Pick La Growth Machine if

  • You want four channels in one sequence (LinkedIn, email, X and call tasks) rather than LinkedIn with a bolt-on.
  • You think AI-personalized LinkedIn voice messages fit your motion better than video.
  • You want teammates who only reply included in the price rather than billed as seats.
  • You want a European vendor with published prices in EUR, USD and GBP.

Pick Expandi if

  • Stay on Expandi if the dedicated country-based IP address per account is part of your account-safety plan.
  • Stay if you use the campaign types nothing else here documents, such as group messages, event invites, open and paid InMail, company follow invites and inbound campaigns.
  • Stay if you want the tool to enforce your limit ranges rather than trusting a person to respect them.
  • Stay if you run LinkedIn accounts for clients under your own brand on the Agency plan.

Pick HeyReach if

  • You need one campaign to rotate across many LinkedIn sender accounts, which Expandi does not do.
  • You pay per sender rather than per seat, so teammates, VAs and clients cost nothing to add.
  • You work the replies from a unified inbox across every connected account.
  • You already send email from Instantly or Smartlead and only want the LinkedIn leg replaced.

Pick Waalaxy if

  • You let price decide, at €19 per user per month against Expandi's $99 per seat (different currencies, not converted here).
  • You want invitation and message quotas published per plan before you pay.
  • Cold email in the same campaign at €69 per user per month is cheaper than Expandi plus Smartlead.
  • You want a free tier that keeps your prospects readable after a trial.

Pick Dripify if

  • You want the same cloud model, with nothing to install and no browser extension, on a simpler campaign builder.
  • You care more about published daily quotas per plan than about configurable limit ranges.
  • You value LinkedIn and email in one sequence with a built-in email finder above Expandi's depth.
  • You want a dedicated IP in your own region and adaptive activity control, and $59 per seat annually fits the budget.

Pick Linked Helper if

  • You want the widest published LinkedIn action catalog, 30+ actions including group and event invitations and post boosting.
  • You are choosing on price per LinkedIn account, at $15 per month, or $8.25 on a 12-month term.
  • You want AI ICP Detection scoring collected profiles against an ICP you write in plain language.
  • You accept a desktop app that only runs while your machine is awake.

The ranking

Ranked on how much of a LinkedIn + email + video outreach workflow each tool covers on its own.

  1. Vaam

Best for Agent-sourced LinkedIn, email and video outreach with a human on the replies

A sales outreach automation platform whose agents find prospects on LinkedIn, check them against your audience and enroll the matches into a sequence of LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video steps.

    From
    €99/user/mo
    Free trial
    14 days, no credit card
    • Vaam's agents find and qualify prospects on their own. They source from LinkedIn post engagement and, where enabled, people searches, enrich each profile, and check it against the audience you defined before enrollment. If you configure no audience, they run without the matching step.
    • Sourcing, qualification and outreach sit in one product, so there is no export and re-import between building a list and running it.
    • You decide how much rope to give the agent. Turn on Require approval to review every prospect first, or leave it off and let the agent enroll the matches.
    • Email is a step in the same sequence, sent from your own Gmail or Microsoft 365 inbox, rather than a second subscription to Smartlead.
    • Video is recorded once and personalized per prospect, included in the plan rather than bought as a Sendspark add-on.
    • Native CRM sync for contacts, activities and blocklists is included, and all customer data is stored within the European Union.
    • Agents run inside a hosted LinkedIn session with randomized human-like pacing, so nothing depends on your own machine.
    • Fewer LinkedIn campaign types than Expandi. We have no group messages, no event invites, no open or paid InMail campaigns and no company follow invites.
    • We publish no dedicated country-based IP per account. We document our own proxy approach instead.
    • No email finder and no lead database of our own. Our agents work from LinkedIn, or you import your own list, and email enrichment is capped at 400 addresses a month.
    • Our agents source from LinkedIn only, and they do not support Sales Navigator search URLs.
    • Our LinkedIn sequences hold at most 400 active prospects at a time. The rest queue and release as slots free up.
    • We price per user, so cost grows with headcount, and we have no white-label agency plan.
  2. La Growth Machine

Best for The closest multichannel replacement, with voice messages instead of video

A French multichannel outreach platform that runs LinkedIn, email, X and call tasks from one sequence builder, with AI-personalized LinkedIn voice messages included on every plan.

    From
€60/identity/mo Basic — no CRM sync at this tier
    Free trial
    14 days, no credit card
    • Four channels in one sequence, meaning LinkedIn, email, X (Twitter) and call tasks, where Expandi has one and a half.
    • Email is a real channel with built-in waterfall enrichment across 9 providers, so no separate email finder is needed.
    • Signals continuously imports leads matching an intent trigger, and Lookalike Search keeps suggesting similar companies.
    • AI-personalized LinkedIn voice messages are included on every plan, from €60 per identity per month.
    • Team members who only reply are included in the identity price, 3 on Basic, 25 on Pro and unlimited on Ultimate.
    • A 27M+ company database is included, which Expandi does not have at all.
    • No video step of any kind; the published channels are LinkedIn, email, X and calls.
    • Fewer LinkedIn campaign types than Expandi, and no dedicated IP per account is published.
    • CRM sync with HubSpot or Pipedrive requires the Ultimate plan at €180 per identity per month.
    • Billing is per identity, so several senders multiply the price just as Expandi's per-seat price does.
    • The feature pages document no approval step before contact and no automatic stop on reply.
    • Enrichment runs on credits, and two sub-processors in the DPA process outside the EU.
  3. Expandi

Best for Staying put when the dedicated IP and the campaign catalog are why you bought it

The incumbent. A cloud LinkedIn automation platform with a large catalog of campaign types, a dedicated country-based IP per account, and a white-label plan for agencies.

    From
$99/seat/mo Business — LinkedIn-first, email steps need your own SMTP mailbox, video needs a paid Sendspark add-on
    Free trial
7 days, full feature access, no charge until you subscribe
    • The widest set of LinkedIn campaign types here. Connector, messenger, builder, open and paid InMail, group, event invite, mobile connector, inbound and company follow invite.
    • A dedicated country-based IP address and automatic profile warm-up are part of the Business price.
    • Limit ranges are enforced by the tool; Expandi states it will not let you exceed the limits you set.
    • A lead list built from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search can auto-reload on a chosen frequency and assign new results to the campaign.
    • Native HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce integrations, plus webhooks and an API.
    • The Agency plan adds white label, roles and permissions and centralized campaign management.
    • Email steps require you to connect your own mailbox by SMTP and IMAP, and the lead's address must already be public on LinkedIn or imported by CSV; Expandi's docs route email campaigns to Smartlead, a separate product.
    • No email finder and no lead database, so the data layer is bought elsewhere.
    • Video personalization is a paid add-on that runs through Sendspark and needs a separate Sendspark account.
    • Its published Business price is $99 per seat monthly.
    • The privacy policy does not say where data is stored and states data may be transferred outside the European Union.
    • The free trial is 7 days, half the length of Vaam's, La Growth Machine's and Waalaxy's.
  4. HeyReach

Best for Running many LinkedIn sender accounts under one campaign

A LinkedIn-only outreach platform priced per LinkedIn sender, built around sender rotation, a unified inbox and agency white-label.

    From
$79/sender/mo Growth — LinkedIn only, email runs through Instantly or Smartlead, not inside HeyReach
    Free trial
14 days on Growth with 3 LinkedIn accounts, no credit card; a 30-day trial of Agency and Unlimited on request
    • One campaign can rotate between unlimited LinkedIn senders, which Expandi does not do.
    • Billing is per LinkedIn sender, so teammates, VAs and clients cost nothing to add.
    • A dedicated residential proxy per LinkedIn sender on the Growth plan, which is the closest match to Expandi's dedicated IP.
    • A unified inbox lets one person work the replies of many LinkedIn accounts.
    • API, webhooks, an MCP server and integrations with Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n and HubSpot.
    • The help centre states that leads that respond to a sequence end it automatically.
    • LinkedIn only. The sequence builder has no email step and no video step, so it replaces less of Expandi than it looks.
    • Fewer campaign types than Expandi; the documented actions are connection requests, messages, follows and profile views.
    • HeyReach campaigns run lead lists you supply, whether an existing list, a CSV upload, the Unibox, the API or integrations such as Clay. It does not discover new prospects.
    • No lead database, and enrichment credits are sold per sender.
    • The per-sender price is hard on a small team where every rep sends from their own account.
    • HeyReach publishes no EU data-residency guarantee; its privacy policy says data may be processed outside your country.
  5. Waalaxy

Best for The cheapest way to keep running LinkedIn sequences

A LinkedIn-first prospecting tool built for beginners, with published invitation quotas per plan, cold email on its top tier and a free plan that stores prospects without automating them.

    From
€19/user/mo Pro — LinkedIn only, cold email needs the Business plan
    Free trial
14 days on all plans; a Freemium tier remains after the trial
    • A low published entry price of €19 per user per month, against Expandi's $99 per seat (different currencies, and Linked Helper publishes a lower dollar price still).
    • Cold email sequences are included on the €69 Business plan, without a second subscription to Smartlead.
    • Invitation and message quotas are published per plan, so you know the volume before you pay.
    • Fully cloud-based since 1 July 2026; no browser extension is needed.
    • Native CRM integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive on every paid plan.
    • A built-in email finder, 25 credits a month and 500 on Business, which Expandi does not have.
    • No video step of any kind, and no lead database.
    • Fewer campaign types than Expandi; there is no group message, event invite or InMail campaign in the published feature list.
    • No dedicated IP per account is published, and the data usage policy does not state where customer data is hosted.
    • Email finder credits are 25 per month below the Business plan.
    • The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically and the help centre states no reminder is sent.
    • Aimed at beginners, so agency controls are thinner than Expandi's Agency plan.
  6. Dripify

Best for Cloud LinkedIn and email drip campaigns with published daily quotas

A cloud LinkedIn automation platform that runs drip campaigns of connection requests, messages, InMails, profile views, endorsements, follows, likes and email steps, with no download and no browser extension.

    From
$59/user/mo Basic — 1 drip campaign and 20 connection requests a day; no inbox, CSV export, webhook or HubSpot sync
    Free trial
7 days of the Advanced plan, no credit card; campaigns are deactivated when it ends and nothing is charged automatically
    • The same cloud model as Expandi. No download, no Chrome extension, and nothing depends on your browser being open.
    • LinkedIn and email run in the same sequence on every paid plan, with a built-in email finder Expandi lacks.
    • Daily action quotas are published per plan rather than configured as ranges.
    • A dedicated IP address in your own region is included, plus adaptive Activity Control that raises limits based on your account's own history.
    • Works with all LinkedIn account types, including free accounts, and reads LinkedIn Basic, Sales Navigator and Recruiter search URLs, Events, posts and groups.
    • Evergreen Lead Upload keeps collecting leads from a chosen post or search on the Advanced plan.
    • No video step of any kind appears in Dripify's published feature set.
    • Fewer campaign types than Expandi, with no group message, event invite or company follow invite campaign.
    • Email steps send from your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox, and the help centre states a maximum of 200 emails a day.
    • HubSpot is the only native CRM integration named on the pricing page, and the integrations page lists it under "Coming soon" while the FAQ on the same page claims native Salesforce, Zoho and Pipedrive connections.
    • The Basic plan is one campaign and 20 connection requests a day, so the realistic entry tier is Pro.
    • Its privacy policy does not say where customer data is stored.
  7. Linked Helper

Best for The widest LinkedIn action catalog at the lowest price per account

A long-standing desktop application for macOS, Windows and Ubuntu that automates 30+ LinkedIn actions from your own machine, with a built-in CRM, contact enrichment and a licence priced per LinkedIn account.

    From
$15/account/mo Standard (local storage) — LinkedIn only, Linked Helper sends no email itself
    Free trial
14 days, no credit card. Linked Helper states campaigns simply pause afterwards and you are not charged automatically.
    • The widest published LinkedIn action catalog anywhere on this page. Linked Helper advertises 30+ automated actions, including group and event invitations, company-page follow invitations and post boosting.
    • Much cheaper per LinkedIn account than Expandi, from $15 per month and $8.25 on a 12-month term.
    • AI ICP Detection scores collected profiles against an ICP you write in plain language and routes non-matching leads to a Failed list that never receives outreach.
    • Works with free LinkedIn as well as Premium, Sales Navigator and Recruiter, and reads Sales Navigator and Recruiter searches directly.
    • Built-in CRM, contact enrichment with verified emails and phone numbers, and a long list of native CRM integrations.
    • Workspaces give agencies role-based permissions and licence transfers across many LinkedIn accounts on any plan.
    • It is a desktop app you install and run yourself, so campaigns only run while your machine is awake. That is the opposite of Expandi's cloud model.
    • It sends no email at all. You enrich the address and hand the lead to a separate cold-email tool.
    • No video step of any kind.
    • The Standard plan caps advanced actions at 20 per day and webhook transfers at 20 profiles per day.
    • Enrichment and AI usage run on monthly credit allowances that you top up separately once spent.
    • Its privacy policy states information may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country where it or its service providers maintain facilities.

Feature comparison

Feature support by product
Feature Vaam La Growth Machine Expandi HeyReach Waalaxy Dripify Linked Helper
Agent-sourced prospecting The tool finds and qualifies new prospects itself, instead of only running a list you built elsewhere. Yes Agents source from LinkedIn post engagement and, where enabled, people searches, enrich each profile, and check each prospect against your audience before enrollment. If you configure no audience, they run without the matching step. Yes Signals continuously imports leads matching an intent trigger (a LinkedIn like or comment, an event signup, a job change, a profile visit, a form or a website visit), and Lookalike Search keeps suggesting similar companies. The trigger and its filters are the qualification. Partial A lead list built from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search can auto-reload on a chosen frequency and assign new results to the campaign. The search filters are the only qualification; Expandi documents no separate audience check. No HeyReach campaigns run lead lists you supply, whether an existing list, a CSV upload, leads moved from another campaign, leads added from the Unibox, or the API and integrations such as Clay. Partial Waalaxy builds lead lists from a LinkedIn Search, Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite import or a CSV, and can automatically import contacts who like or comment on your posts. No ICP check is applied before the campaign contacts them. Partial Evergreen Lead Upload monitors the lead source you chose and adds new matches by itself, every 12 hours for a LinkedIn post and weekly for a Sales Navigator search. It is on the Advanced plan only, and the search filters are the only qualification. Partial Linked Helper scrapes profiles from searches, groups, events and post interactions you point it at, and AI ICP Detection then scores those profiles against an ICP you write in plain language. The collecting is a campaign action you launch on your own machine.
Autonomous sequence execution Sourced prospects enter a multi-step sequence and every step sends on schedule without a person triggering it. Yes LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video steps send automatically, with randomized human-like pacing and a 400 active-prospect cap on LinkedIn sequences. Yes LinkedIn, email, X and call tasks run from one sequence builder once a lead enters a campaign, with conditions on opens, clicks and replies. Yes Campaign steps run automatically once leads are assigned, within the limit ranges and working hours you set. Partial LinkedIn steps send on their own once a campaign is launched, but the sequence is LinkedIn-only; HeyReach defines multichannel as native integrations with Instantly and Smartlead, so email runs elsewhere. Yes Connection requests, messages and follow-ups run in the cloud once a campaign starts. Combining LinkedIn and email in one campaign needs the Business plan. Yes Campaigns run in the cloud with no browser open, mixing LinkedIn actions and email steps with delays and conditions, inside the daily quotas and working hours you set. Partial Campaign steps run with smart daily limits and working hours, but only while the desktop app is running on your machine, and only on LinkedIn.
Human control points Named places where a person can approve or halt the automation, such as approving prospects before outreach and replies that stop the sequence. Yes Require approval holds each prospect for your decision, and a prospect's reply stops the sequence and comes to the seller as a task. Not documented The feature pages document Out of Office detection that pauses actions, a multichannel inbox and a Slack alert on reply, but state neither an approval step before contact nor an automatic stop on reply. Yes Auto-assign can be left off so new search results wait for you to assign them by hand, and Expandi pauses the campaign for a lead who replies. Partial The help centre states that leads that respond to a sequence end it automatically, and the reply is worked in the Unibox. No approval gate before outreach is documented. Partial Smart reply detection automatically detects replies and pauses sequences accordingly. No approval step before outreach is documented. Partial A reply to a connection request, message or InMail puts all further actions on hold, and the Smart Inbox has a Resume sequence control. No approval gate before outreach is documented. Partial Reply detection stops follow-ups, and AI ICP Detection routes non-matching leads to a Failed list that never receives outreach. No approval gate that holds a matching lead is documented.
Breadth of LinkedIn actions How many distinct LinkedIn campaign types and actions the vendor publishes, which is Expandi's main claim. Partial Connection requests, message sequences and profile visits, plus email and video steps. No group message, event invite or InMail campaign. Partial LinkedIn messages, connection requests, profile visits and social warming, plus AI voice messages. No InMail, group or event campaign type is published. Yes Connector, messenger, builder, open and paid InMail, group, event invite, mobile connector, inbound and company follow invite campaigns. Partial The documented action steps are connection requests, messages, follows and profile views. Partial Invitations, messages, follow-ups, profile visits and follows in pre-built sequences; no InMail, group or event campaign type is published. Partial Connection requests, messages, InMails, profile views, endorsements, follows and likes, with published daily quotas per action. Yes Linked Helper advertises 30+ automated actions, including group and event invitations, company-page follow invitations and post boosting.
Email steps in the same sequence Yes Email steps run beside LinkedIn and video on the one plan, sent from your own Gmail or Microsoft 365 inbox. Yes Email is on every plan, with waterfall enrichment across 9 providers and inbox rotation from the Pro plan. Partial Email steps need your own mailbox connected by SMTP and IMAP, the address must already be public on LinkedIn or imported by CSV, and Expandi's docs route email campaigns to Smartlead, a separate product. No No email step exists in HeyReach; email is sent by Instantly or Smartlead through a native integration. Partial Cold email sequences are on the €69 Business plan only, and no warm-up or inbox-placement product is documented. Partial Email steps run in the same campaign but send from your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox, and the help centre states a maximum of 200 emails a day. No Linked Helper sends no email itself; it enriches the address and you send from a separate tool.
Video personalized per prospect A video step whose content changes for each prospect, inside the same product rather than through a partner. Yes Built-in recording and sharing, personalized per prospect, with up to 400 AI-personalized videos a month on the one plan. No The published channels are LinkedIn, email, X and calls; personalization per lead is done with AI voice, not video. Partial Video personalization is a paid add-on delivered through Sendspark and needs a separate Sendspark account. No No video step appears in HeyReach's documented sequence actions. No The published feature list covers LinkedIn prospecting, messaging, an email finder and cold email; no video step is documented. No No video step of any kind appears in Dripify's published feature set. No No video step appears in Linked Helper's published feature set.
Where the automation runs Cloud automation keeps sending when your computer is off; a desktop or extension tool does not. Yes Agents and sequences run inside a LinkedIn session Vaam hosts, so the user's own computer does not need to be on. Yes Cloud-based; campaigns run without your machine. Yes Cloud-based, with a dedicated country-based IP address per account. Yes Cloud-based, with a dedicated residential proxy per LinkedIn sender on the Growth plan. Yes Fully cloud-based since 1 July 2026; no browser extension is needed. Yes Runs entirely in the cloud with no download and no Chrome extension. No A desktop application for macOS, Windows and Ubuntu; campaigns only run while your machine is awake.
Account safety controls Published limits, warm-up and network controls that reduce the risk to your LinkedIn account. Yes Randomized human-like pacing, tempo tiers that default to the safest setting, a 400 active-prospect cap on LinkedIn sequences, and documented proxy handling. Partial Social warming is published as a feature; no per-account IP or enforced limit range is documented. Yes A dedicated country-based IP address, automatic profile warm-up, and smart algorithms that enforce the limit ranges you set. Partial A dedicated residential proxy per LinkedIn sender on Growth; Agency and Unlimited require you to bring your own proxies. Partial Invitation and message quotas are published per plan, and the product is fully cloud-based. No dedicated IP per account is documented. Yes A dedicated IP address in your own region, published daily quotas per plan, and adaptive Activity Control that raises limits based on your account's own history. Partial Smart daily limits, working hours and a proxy per account, but the traffic comes from your own machine and the Standard plan caps advanced actions at 20 a day.
Native CRM sync Yes HubSpot, Pipedrive and Upsales, included on the one plan; syncs contacts, activities and blocklists. Partial HubSpot and Pipedrive on the Ultimate plan only; not on Basic or Pro. Yes HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce; the docs describe sending contacts and interaction data into the CRM. Partial HubSpot, Attio and Breakcold are listed on the integrations page; Pipedrive is not, and Zapier, Make and n8n cover the rest. Yes HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, with CRM sync listed on every paid plan. Partial HubSpot is documented in the help centre and listed on the Pro plan card, but the integrations page lists HubSpot under "Coming soon" while its own FAQ claims native Salesforce, Zoho and Pipedrive connections. Yes A long list of native CRM integrations plus webhooks, with unlimited webhook integrations on the Pro plan.
Published entry price per LinkedIn account The cheapest published plan that runs LinkedIn sequences for one account. Currencies are not converted. Yes €99 per user per month, billed monthly, with LinkedIn, email and video on the one plan. Yes €60 per identity per month, €50 on an annual term. Partial $99 per seat monthly, $79 on a yearly term. Email steps still need your own SMTP mailbox, and video is a paid Sendspark add-on. Partial $79 per sender monthly, $63 yearly, for LinkedIn only; email means a second subscription to Instantly or Smartlead. Partial €19 per user per month is LinkedIn only; LinkedIn plus email starts at the €69 Business plan. Partial $59 per user monthly, $39 yearly, but the Basic plan allows one campaign and 20 connection requests a day; the realistic tier is Pro at $79 monthly, $59 yearly. Yes $15 per LinkedIn account per month, $8.25 on a 12-month term, for the local-storage Standard plan.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Expandi alternative in 2026?

It depends on which part of Expandi you actually use. If you run it as a LinkedIn engine and pay for a data tool, a cold email tool and a Sendspark account beside it, we are the pick on this page. Our agents find and qualify prospects on LinkedIn against the audience you define, and LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video run in one sequence on one plan. We publish the page, so weigh that. If you want the same multichannel breadth from a specialist sequencer, La Growth Machine is the closest like-for-like, with LinkedIn, email, X and call tasks. If you run many LinkedIn accounts for clients, HeyReach replaces Expandi's agency use case more directly than anything else here.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Expandi?

Yes, several. Linked Helper is the cheapest per LinkedIn account at $15 per month, or $8.25 on a 12-month term, but it is a desktop app that only runs while your machine is awake. Waalaxy is €19 per user per month on its published yearly price for LinkedIn only, and €69 for LinkedIn plus cold email. Dripify is $39 per seat annually on Basic, though the realistic tier is Pro at $59. La Growth Machine is €50 per identity annually. Expandi lists a $79 yearly and $99 monthly seat price. Every price is in the currency the vendor publishes, so do not compare EUR and USD figures without converting them.

Which Expandi alternative handles email properly?

Vaam, La Growth Machine and Waalaxy on its Business plan all send email as a step in the same sequence. Dripify does too, though it sends from your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox with a documented maximum of 200 emails a day. Expandi does not, in practice. An email step needs your own mailbox connected by SMTP and IMAP, the address must already be public on LinkedIn or imported by CSV, and Expandi's help centre routes email campaigns to Smartlead. HeyReach and Linked Helper send no email at all. HeyReach integrates with Instantly and Smartlead, and Linked Helper enriches the address for you to send elsewhere.

Does any alternative match Expandi's dedicated IP?

Partly. HeyReach gives a dedicated residential proxy per LinkedIn sender on its Growth plan, though Agency and Unlimited require you to bring your own proxies. Dripify includes a dedicated IP address in your own region and adds adaptive Activity Control that raises limits based on your account's own history. Linked Helper supports a proxy per account, but the traffic originates from your own machine. We document our proxy handling and lean on randomized human-like pacing, tempo tiers and a 400 active-prospect cap rather than a per-account IP. La Growth Machine and Waalaxy publish no dedicated IP per account.

Which alternatives find prospects for me?

Vaam and La Growth Machine come closest. Our agents watch LinkedIn post engagement and, where enabled, people searches, open each profile to load company, role, industry and size, and check each prospect against the audience you defined before enrollment. If you configure no audience, they run without the matching step. La Growth Machine's Signals continuously imports leads matching an intent trigger. Expandi itself can auto-reload a saved search on a schedule, and Dripify's Evergreen Lead Upload does the same on its Advanced plan, but in both cases the search filters are the only qualification. HeyReach does not discover prospects at all.

Can I move my campaigns out of Expandi?

Plan for a manual migration. None of the vendors here publishes an Expandi importer, so the realistic path is a CSV export of your leads and a rebuild of the campaigns by hand. Two things do not travel. The campaign types Expandi has and the others do not, meaning group messages, event invites, open and paid InMail and company follow invites, have no equivalent to migrate to. Your blacklist is the one export not to skip. Rebuild it in the new tool before the first campaign runs, or you will contact people you had already excluded.

What would I be giving up by leaving Expandi?

Read Expandi's own pages first. The Business plan at $99 per seat per month includes a dedicated country-based IP address, automatic profile warm-up, smart algorithms that enforce the limit ranges you set, unlimited campaigns with prioritization, and the widest campaign catalog in this set. The Agency plan adds white label, roles and permissions and centralized campaign management. No alternative ranked here matches all of that. If those are the features you use daily, the honest answer is to stay. That is why Expandi is ranked third on this page rather than left out of it.

Which of these keeps data in the EU?

Only Vaam states it plainly: all customer data is stored within the European Union. Expandi's privacy policy does not say where data is stored and states data may be transferred outside the European Union. HeyReach says data may be processed outside your country. Linked Helper states information may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country where it or its service providers maintain facilities. Waalaxy's data usage policy and Dripify's privacy policy do not state a location at all. La Growth Machine names its sub-processors in its DPA, most inside the EU with two outside it.
