Best Dripify alternatives in 2026
Most people reach this page after Dripify has done the job for a while and stopped being enough, usually on video, on CRM, or on who builds the list. We sell Vaam and we run our own outbound on it, so it ranks first here, and the other half of that bargain is telling you where Dripify is the one to keep. Every third-party fact comes from the vendor's own pages on the date shown at the bottom. Dripify is a cloud LinkedIn automation tool that runs drip campaigns from its own servers, with no download and no Chrome extension. It publishes daily quotas per plan, assigns a dedicated IP address in your own region, includes a built-in email finder and a Smart Inbox for replies, and costs $39 to $79 per user per month on annual billing. It is a good product, and the reasons its own documentation gives for leaving are narrow ones. It publishes no video step. Its continuous lead sourcing, Evergreen Lead Upload, is on the Advanced plan only, and it re-checks the LinkedIn post or Sales Navigator search you point it at rather than judging each lead against an ideal customer profile. Its only native CRM integration is HubSpot, from the Pro plan, and Dripify's own site contradicts itself about even that. Its privacy policy does not say where customer data is stored. We rank on a stated premise and you are free to disagree with it. It favors tools that find prospects for you and run more than LinkedIn out of one subscription.
Short answer
Pick Vaam if you want the tool to find and qualify the prospects as well as message them, and you want per-prospect video next to LinkedIn and email. Our agents watch LinkedIn post engagement and people searches, enrich each profile, and check it against the audience you defined before enrollment. If you configure no audience, they run without the matching step. The sequence then runs its LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video steps on its own, and you own every reply. If voice notes and X (Twitter) matter more than video, La Growth Machine is the closest European rival and starts cheaper. If cold email volume, deliverability tooling and a 650M-lead database are the real requirement, pick Lemlist. If the reason is price alone, Waalaxy publishes €19 per user per month and Linked Helper $15 per LinkedIn account per month, and both are much cheaper than Dripify. Expandi has the deepest LinkedIn campaign catalog of the cloud tools. HeyReach is the one built for agencies pooling many LinkedIn senders. And if you only came here because you wanted LinkedIn and email in one sequence, Dripify already does that on every paid plan. Switching would buy you nothing.
Pick Vaam if
- You want the tool to find and qualify prospects continuously, not just execute a lead list you pointed it at.
- You want AI doing the sourcing and the sending, and a person on every reply.
- You need video personalized per prospect to make your outreach land. Dripify publishes no video step at all.
- You want continuous sourcing on one straightforward plan, not a vendor's top tier.
- You need a vendor that states in writing that all customer data is stored inside the European Union.
Pick La Growth Machine if
- You believe in AI-personalized LinkedIn voice messages. Neither Dripify nor Vaam has them.
- Your sequences need X (Twitter) steps alongside LinkedIn and email.
- You run a larger team off a few sending identities, and La Growth Machine includes team members in the identity price.
- You want a built-in 27M+ company database and waterfall email enrichment in the same product.
- You want a published entry price below Dripify's, at €50 to €60 per identity per month.
Pick Lemlist if
- Your whole motion is cold email at volume, and warm-up and deliverability tooling is what decides it.
- You want a 650M+ lead database with an email and phone finder inside the product, rather than 100 email-finder credits a month.
- Your sequences need SMS or a built-in dialer. Dripify has neither.
- You need one shared email-only plan across an unlimited number of users.
Pick Dripify if
- You need LinkedIn plus email in one cloud sequence and nothing beyond it. Dripify does that on every paid plan.
- You want the daily action quotas written down per plan before you pay.
- You need InMails, follows, unfollows or skill endorsements, none of which Vaam automates.
- You are paying for a dedicated IP address in your own region, included rather than sold as an add-on.
- You build your lists from Sales Navigator or Recruiter searches. Vaam's agents do not support Sales Navigator URLs.
Pick Waalaxy if
- Your budget decides it. Waalaxy publishes €19 per user per month against Dripify's $39, and it is the cheapest cloud tool here.
- You build your own lists in LinkedIn Search or Sales Navigator and only need a tool to execute them.
- You want exact invitation quotas published per plan, as Dripify also does.
- You want native Make, Zapier and n8n modules rather than only a webhook.
- You want to keep an account and your prospect lists without paying, which Waalaxy's Freemium tier allows.
Pick Expandi if
- You want LinkedIn campaign types nobody else here publishes, such as group messages, event invites, company follow invites and inbound campaigns for profile viewers.
- You are buying a dedicated country-based IP address and automatic profile warm-up per account.
- You are an agency that needs white-label, roles and permissions across 10+ seats, which Dripify does not publish.
- You already run cold email in a separate product and only want the LinkedIn leg done properly.
Pick HeyReach if
- You run outreach from many LinkedIn accounts and need one campaign to rotate between them.
- You are an agency and need white-label branding, client workspaces and one login across clients.
- You want to add teammates, VAs and clients without paying per seat. HeyReach charges per LinkedIn sender only.
- You already run email in Instantly or Smartlead and only want the LinkedIn leg.
Pick Linked Helper if
- Price decides it and you accept a desktop app, at $15 per LinkedIn account per month, or $8.25 on a 12-month term.
- You need the widest LinkedIn action catalog on the market, advertised as 30+ automated actions.
- You want campaign data kept in local folders on your own device rather than on a vendor's servers.
- Your prospecting runs on Sales Navigator or Recruiter searches, which Linked Helper reads directly.
- You run an agency and need role-based workspaces across many LinkedIn accounts at the lowest licence cost.

Ranked on how much of a LinkedIn + email + video outreach workflow each tool covers on its own.
-
Vaam
Best for Agent-sourced LinkedIn, email and video outreach with a human on the repliesA sales outreach automation platform whose agents find prospects on LinkedIn, check them against your audience and enroll the matches into a sequence of LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video steps.
- From
- €99/user/mo
- Free trial
- 14 days, no credit card
- Vaam's agents find and qualify prospects on their own. They source from LinkedIn post engagement and people searches, enrich each profile, and check it against the audience you defined before enrollment. If you configure no audience, they run without the matching step.
- Sourcing, qualification and outreach sit in one product, so there is no export and re-import between building a list and running it.
- You decide how much rope to give the agent. Turn on Require approval to review every prospect first, or leave it off and let the agent enroll the matches.
- Video personalized per prospect is included in the plan, and it is the one thing on this page Dripify has no equivalent for.
- LinkedIn, email and video run inside one sequence, with the automation on Vaam's own infrastructure rather than your machine.
- Native CRM sync for contacts, activities and blocklists with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Upsales is included.
- Vaam's own security page states that all customer data is stored inside the European Union.
- We cost much more than Dripify. €99 per user per month against its $59 monthly and $39 on a yearly plan.
- A narrower LinkedIn action catalog than Dripify's. Our documented steps are connection requests, messages, post likes, post comments and profile visits. We have no InMail, follow, unfollow or endorsement action.
- Our agents source from LinkedIn only, and they do not support Sales Navigator search URLs. Dripify reads LinkedIn Basic, Sales Navigator and Recruiter searches.
- We set LinkedIn volume with named tempos rather than published numeric daily quotas, so you cannot compare limits before buying the way you can with Dripify.
- One LinkedIn account per user, and no sender rotation, so more accounts means more paid seats.
- No white label, no client workspaces and no multi-team administration for agencies.
- No email warm-up or deliverability product of our own, no SMS and no in-app dialer. Calls are sequence tasks.
-
La Growth Machine
Best for Continuous lead import with AI voice messages and X (Twitter) stepsA French multichannel outreach platform that runs LinkedIn, email, X and call tasks from one sequence builder, with AI-personalized LinkedIn voice messages included on every plan.
- From
- €60/identity/mo Basic — no CRM sync at this tier
- Free trial
- 14 days, no credit card
- Signals imports matching leads continuously from an intent trigger (a like, a comment, an event signup, a job change, a form or a website visit), a wider set of sources than Dripify's LinkedIn posts and Sales Navigator searches.
- AI-personalized LinkedIn voice messages are included on every plan, and no other tool on this page has them.
- Four channels in one sequence. LinkedIn, email, X (Twitter) and call tasks.
- Team members are included in the identity price, so people who only answer replies cost nothing.
- Built-in 27M+ company database and waterfall email enrichment, against Dripify's 100 email-finder credits per month.
- Entry price of €50 to €60 per identity per month, below Dripify's Advanced plan.
- No video step. The published channels are LinkedIn, email, X and calls.
- CRM sync with HubSpot or Pipedrive requires the Ultimate plan at €180 per identity per month, where Dripify lists HubSpot on its middle plan.
- Billing is per identity and each identity is billed separately, so several senders multiply the price.
- Enrichment runs on credits, 1 per lead for data and 5 for a verified email, and running out means buying more.
- Two sub-processors in the DPA process outside the EU, Bright Data in Israel and OpenAI in the United States.
- Its feature pages document neither an approval step before a lead is contacted nor an automatic stop on reply, which Dripify does document.
-
Lemlist
Best for High-volume cold email with deliverability and lead data built inA sales engagement platform built email-first, with warm-up, a 650M+ lead database and a multichannel tier that adds LinkedIn, SMS and calling.
- From
- $69/account/mo Email — email only, LinkedIn needs the Multichannel plan
- Free trial
- 14 days of full Multichannel access on any plan, no credit card
- Mature deliverability tooling, including email warm-up, on every plan; Dripify publishes no warm-up product.
- A 650M+ lead database with an email and phone finder inside the product, against Dripify's 100 email-finder credits per month.
- The most channels in one sequence here. Email, LinkedIn, SMS and calls, including a built-in dialer.
- The email-only plan covers unlimited users on one price, which no other tool on this page offers.
- Host servers for lemlist's databases are located inside the European Union, which Dripify's privacy policy does not state.
- LinkedIn automation requires the Multichannel plan at $87 to $109 per user per month, above Dripify's top self-serve tier.
- Video is not personalized per lead. lemlist's own documentation states the attached video is the same for every lead who reaches that step.
- Its public pages do not enumerate which LinkedIn actions the Multichannel plan automates, where Dripify publishes a per-action daily quota table.
- WhatsApp is a paid add-on rather than part of the Multichannel plan.
- Enrichment and intent data are consumed as separately purchased credits.
-
Dripify
Best for Cloud LinkedIn and email drip campaigns with published daily quotasThe tool this page is about. A cloud LinkedIn automation platform that runs drip campaigns of connection requests, messages, InMails, profile views, endorsements, follows, likes and email steps, with no download and no browser extension.
- From
- $59/user/mo Basic — 1 drip campaign and 20 connection requests a day; no inbox, CSV export, webhook or HubSpot sync
- Free trial
- 7 days of the Advanced plan, no credit card; campaigns are deactivated when it ends and nothing is charged automatically
- LinkedIn and email run in the same sequence on every paid plan, with a built-in email finder, so no separate cold-email tool is needed.
- Daily action quotas are published per plan for connection requests, messages, InMails, profile views, endorsements, likes and follows, which most vendors here do not do.
- A dedicated IP address in your own region is included, plus adaptive Activity Control that raises limits based on your account's own history.
- Runs entirely in the cloud with no download and no Chrome extension, so nothing depends on your browser being open.
- Works with all LinkedIn account types, including free accounts, and reads LinkedIn Basic, Sales Navigator and Recruiter search URLs, LinkedIn Events, posts, groups and CSV imports.
- A reply to a connection request, message or InMail puts all further actions on hold, and the Smart Inbox has a Resume sequence control for replies that do not need a real answer.
- The HubSpot sync documented in the help centre pushes 21 lead fields on five campaign triggers, including the LinkedIn conversation into HubSpot activity.
- No video step of any kind appears in Dripify's published feature set.
- Evergreen Lead Upload, the feature that keeps collecting leads for you, is on the Advanced plan only, and it re-checks the LinkedIn post or Sales Navigator search you chose rather than judging each lead against an ideal customer profile.
- HubSpot is the only native CRM integration named on the pricing page, and it starts on the Pro plan; everything else runs through Zapier, Make or webhooks.
- Dripify's own integrations page contradicts itself. It lists HubSpot under "Coming soon" while the FAQ on the same page claims native connections with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and ActiveCampaign, and the help centre documents a working HubSpot sync. Confirm before buying.
- The Basic plan is one campaign and 20 connection requests a day, so the realistic entry tier is Pro.
- Email-finder credits are 100 per month, expire after 30 days and do not roll over; extra packs cost $29 to $99.
- One seat connects one LinkedIn account, and no sender rotation across accounts is documented.
- The free trial is 7 days, half the length of most tools on this page.
- Its privacy policy does not say where customer data is stored, only that it sits on its service providers' servers.
-
Waalaxy
Best for The cheapest cloud way to run LinkedIn connection requests and follow-upsA LinkedIn-first prospecting tool built for beginners, with published invitation quotas per plan, cold email on its top tier and a free plan that stores prospects without automating them.
- From
- €19/user/mo Pro — LinkedIn only, cold email needs the Business plan
- Free trial
- 14 days on all plans; a Freemium tier remains after the trial
- The cheapest published entry price on this page, at €19 per user per month, about half Dripify's annual Basic price.
- Invitation and message quotas are published per plan, as Dripify's are, so the volume comparison is direct.
- Fully cloud-based since 1 July 2026; no browser extension is needed to run campaigns.
- Documented API plus native Make, Zapier and n8n modules from the Advanced plan, where Dripify offers webhooks and the Zapier and Make catalogs.
- Native CRM integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, a wider native list than Dripify's HubSpot-only sync.
- A Freemium tier keeps your prospects and campaigns readable after the trial ends.
- No video step of any kind; Waalaxy's own feature list covers LinkedIn, email and enrichment only.
- Cold email and multichannel sequences are only on the €69 Business plan, where Dripify includes email on every paid plan.
- Email finder credits are 25 per month below the Business plan.
- Its published feature pages describe connection requests, messages, follow-ups and profile visits, and do not enumerate InMail, endorsement or follow actions.
- Waalaxy's data usage policy does not state where customer data is hosted.
- One licence is tied to one LinkedIn account, and the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically.
-
Expandi
Best for The deepest LinkedIn campaign catalog, with a dedicated IP per accountA cloud LinkedIn automation platform with a large catalog of campaign types, a dedicated country-based IP per account, and a white-label plan for agencies.
- From
- $99/seat/mo Business — LinkedIn-first, email steps need your own mailbox, video needs a paid Sendspark add-on
- Free trial
- 7 days, full feature access, no charge until you subscribe
- The widest set of LinkedIn campaign types here. Connector, messenger, builder, open and paid InMail, group message, event invite, mobile connector, inbound and company follow invite.
- A dedicated country-based IP address and automatic profile warm-up are part of the Business price, as they are with Dripify.
- Limit ranges are enforced by the tool; Expandi states it will not let you exceed the limits you set.
- Seat pricing that gets cheaper as you add seats, which suits agencies running many LinkedIn accounts.
- The Agency plan adds white label, roles and permissions and centralized campaign management, which Dripify does not publish.
- Native HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce integrations, plus webhooks and an API.
- Email outreach is handed to Smartlead. Expandi's own Smartlead article describes exporting leads from an Expandi campaign into Smartlead "for email outreach", set up per LinkedIn account and requiring a separate Smartlead account and subscription.
- It documents no email finder, where Dripify includes one on every plan.
- Video personalization is a paid add-on that runs through Sendspark and needs a separate Sendspark account.
- Image and GIF personalization costs extra on top of the subscription.
- The privacy policy does not say where data is stored and states data may be transferred outside the European Union.
- The free trial is 7 days, the same as Dripify's and half of most rivals here.
-
HeyReach
Best for Agencies and teams scaling many LinkedIn sender accountsA LinkedIn-only outreach platform priced per LinkedIn sender, built around sender rotation, a unified inbox and agency white-label.
- From
- $79/sender/mo Growth — LinkedIn only, email runs through Instantly or Smartlead, not inside HeyReach
- Free trial
- 14 days on Growth with 3 LinkedIn accounts, no credit card; a 30-day trial of Agency and Unlimited on request
- One campaign can rotate between unlimited LinkedIn senders, which Dripify does not document at all.
- Billing is per LinkedIn sender, so teammates, VAs and clients cost nothing to add. That is the opposite of Dripify's per-seat model.
- A unified inbox lets one person work the replies of many LinkedIn accounts.
- Agency plans include white-label branding and client workspaces that keep client data separate.
- Every LinkedIn action type is covered, including InMail, follows, profile views and post likes.
- API, webhooks and an MCP server, plus integrations with Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n and HubSpot.
- LinkedIn only. The sequence builder has no email step, no video step and no SMS step, so it is a step backwards from Dripify on channels.
- Multichannel means sending email from Instantly or Smartlead, which is a second subscription.
- It runs lead lists you supply and does not discover or qualify new prospects.
- The per-sender price is hard on a small team where every rep sends from their own account.
- Agency and Unlimited expect you to bring your own proxies.
- Its privacy policy says personal information may be transferred to, stored in or processed in countries outside your country of residence.
-
Linked Helper
Best for The widest LinkedIn action catalog at the lowest price per accountA long-standing desktop application for macOS, Windows and Ubuntu that automates 30+ LinkedIn actions from your own machine, with a built-in CRM, contact enrichment and a licence priced per LinkedIn account.
- From
- $15/account/mo Standard (local storage) — LinkedIn only, Linked Helper sends no email itself
- Free trial
- 14 days, no credit card. Linked Helper states campaigns simply pause afterwards and you are not charged automatically.
- The widest published LinkedIn action catalog anywhere on this page. Linked Helper advertises 30+ automated actions, including group and event invitations, company-page follow invitations and post boosting.
- Much cheaper than Dripify per LinkedIn account, from $15 per month and $8.25 on a 12-month term.
- AI ICP Detection scores collected profiles against an ICP you write in plain language and routes non-matching leads to a Failed list that never receives outreach, a qualification step Dripify does not have.
- Works with free LinkedIn as well as Premium, Sales Navigator and Recruiter, and reads Sales Navigator and Recruiter searches directly.
- Built-in CRM, contact enrichment with verified emails and phone numbers, and a long list of native CRM integrations.
- Workspaces give agencies role-based permissions and licence transfers across many LinkedIn accounts on any plan.
- It is a desktop app you install and run yourself, so campaigns only run while your machine is awake. That is the opposite of Dripify's cloud model.
- It sends no email. You enrich the address and hand the lead to a separate cold-email tool.
- No video step of any kind.
- The Standard plan caps advanced actions at 20 per day and webhook transfers at 20 profiles per day.
- Enrichment and AI usage run on monthly credit allowances that you top up separately once spent.
- Its privacy policy states information may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country where it or its service providers maintain facilities, and that EU users consent to that transfer.

| Feature | Vaam | La Growth Machine | Lemlist | Dripify | Waalaxy | Expandi | HeyReach | Linked Helper |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Agent-sourced prospecting The tool finds and qualifies new prospects itself, instead of only running a list you built elsewhere. | Yes Agents source from LinkedIn post engagement and, where enabled, people searches, enrich each profile, and check each prospect against your audience before enrollment. If you configure no audience, they run without the matching step. | Yes Signals continuously imports leads matching an intent trigger (a LinkedIn like or comment, an event signup, a job change, a profile visit, a form or a website visit), and Lookalike Search adds similar companies. The trigger and its filters are the qualification. | Partial The People database is a manual search: you filter, select leads and push them to a campaign. Its AI agents qualify ICP fit on leads already in your list rather than watching a live source on a schedule. | Partial Evergreen Lead Upload monitors the lead source you chose and adds new matches by itself, every 12 hours for a LinkedIn post and weekly for a Sales Navigator search, up to 10 000 leads per list. It is on the Advanced plan only, and the search filters are the only qualification. Dripify documents no ICP check before outreach. | Partial Waalaxy builds lead lists from a LinkedIn Search, Sales Navigator or Recruiter import, a CSV, or people who like or comment on your posts. The import is the only filter. | Partial A lead list built from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search can auto-reload on a chosen frequency and assign new results to the campaign. The search filters are the only qualification. | No HeyReach campaigns run lead lists you supply, whether an existing list, a CSV upload, leads moved from another campaign, or the API and integrations such as Clay. It does not discover or qualify new prospects. | Partial Linked Helper scrapes profiles from searches, groups, events and post interactions you point it at, and AI ICP Detection then scores those profiles against an ICP you write in plain language. The collecting is a campaign action you launch on your own machine. |
| Autonomous sequence execution Sourced prospects enter a multi-step sequence and every step sends on schedule without a person triggering it. | Yes LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video steps send automatically, with randomized human-like pacing and a 400 active-prospect cap on LinkedIn sequences. | Yes LinkedIn, email, X (Twitter) and call tasks run from one sequence builder once a lead enters a campaign, with conditions on opens, clicks and replies. | Yes Campaign steps across email, LinkedIn, SMS and calls send on the campaign schedule once leads are in the campaign. | Yes Campaigns run in the cloud with no browser open, mixing LinkedIn actions and email steps with delays and conditions, inside the daily quotas and working hours you set. | Yes Automated connection requests, messages and multi-step follow-ups run in the cloud once a campaign starts. Combining LinkedIn and email in one campaign needs the Business plan. | Yes Campaign steps run automatically once leads are assigned, within the limit ranges and working hours you set. | Partial LinkedIn steps send on their own once a campaign is launched, but the sequence is LinkedIn-only; HeyReach defines multichannel as native integrations with Instantly and Smartlead. | Partial Campaign steps run with smart daily limits and working hours, but only while the desktop app is running on your machine, and only on LinkedIn. |
| Human control points Named places where a person can approve or halt the automation, such as approving prospects before outreach and replies that stop the sequence. | Yes Require approval holds each prospect for your decision, and a prospect's reply stops the sequence and comes to the seller as a task. | Not documented Its feature pages document Out of Office detection, a multichannel inbox and a Slack alert on reply, but state neither an approval step before a lead is contacted nor an automatic stop on reply. | Partial Campaign settings let you choose what a reply does, either continue, pause the lead or end the lead. Leads only enter a campaign when a person pushes them there, so no separate approval gate is documented. | Partial A reply to a connection request, message or InMail puts all further actions on hold so you can answer manually in the Smart Inbox, and a Resume sequence control restarts it for replies that need no answer. No approval gate before outreach is documented. | Partial Smart reply detection automatically detects replies and pauses sequences accordingly. No approval step before outreach is documented. | Yes Auto-assign can be left off so new search results wait for you to assign them by hand, and Expandi pauses the campaign for a lead who replies. | Partial Leads that respond to a sequence end it automatically and the reply is worked in the Unibox. No approval gate before outreach is documented. | Partial Linked Helper checks for replies before every follow-up and stops the sequence for prospects who responded. The AI ICP filter decides eligibility automatically; no human approval gate is documented. |
| LinkedIn action breadth How many distinct LinkedIn actions the tool automates beyond connection requests and messages. | Partial Five documented steps. Connection request, message, like post, comment on post and profile visit. No InMail, follow, unfollow or endorsement action. | Partial LinkedIn steps include profile visits and social warming alongside connection requests and messages, plus AI voice messages. | Not documented LinkedIn automation is documented as a Multichannel-plan feature, but the pages checked do not enumerate which LinkedIn actions it covers. | Yes Connection requests, messages, InMails, profile views, skill endorsements, follows, unfollows, post likes and email steps, each with its own published daily quota per plan. | Partial Its published pages describe connection requests, messages, multi-step follow-ups and automated profile visits; other LinkedIn actions are not enumerated there. | Yes Campaign types include open and paid InMail, group message, event invite, company follow invite, mobile connector and inbound; the builder adds profile visits, follows, likes and endorsements. | Yes Connection requests, messages, InMail, view profile, follow and like post, plus an "If connected" branch. | Yes Advertised as 30+ automated actions, including InMails, following, skill endorsements, group and event invitations and messages, company-page follow invitations and post boosting. |
| Email steps in the same sequence Sending email from the product itself, alongside the LinkedIn steps. | Yes Email sequences are included, sent from your own Gmail or Microsoft 365 inbox. | Yes Included on every plan, with conditions on opens, clicks and replies. | Yes The core of the product; 50 000 emails per month from the Email plan. | Yes A Send Email action on every paid plan, sent from your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox, with a Find Email action and an "If email available" condition in front of it. The pricing page says sending is not metered on any plan; the help centre says Dripify sets a maximum of 200 emails per day to protect the mailbox it sends from. | Partial Cold email and multichannel campaigns are only on the €69 Business plan. | Partial Expandi's own Smartlead article routes email outreach to Smartlead: you export leads from an Expandi campaign into Smartlead "for email outreach", per LinkedIn account, and you need a Smartlead account of your own. | No Documented sequence steps are LinkedIn actions only; email is sent by Instantly or Smartlead, a separate subscription. | No Its plan comparison table lists no email-sending action; it enriches the address and hands the lead to a separate cold-email tool. |
| Video personalized per prospect A different video for each prospect, generated inside the sequence. | Yes Up to 400 AI-personalized videos per month on the one plan; the prospect's website can be the background. | No The published channels are LinkedIn, email, X (Twitter) and calls. Personalization per lead is done with voice, not video. | No lemlist's documentation states the attached video is not 1:1 personalized and is the same for all leads at that step; the landing page around it is what varies. | No No video step appears anywhere in Dripify's published feature set, sequence action list or plan comparison table. | No Waalaxy's published feature list covers LinkedIn prospecting, messaging, email finder and cold email; no video step is documented. | Partial Possible, but generated by Sendspark as a paid add-on with its own subscription; the lead must have a first name in Expandi or no video is sent. | No No video step appears in HeyReach's documented sequence actions. | No Its published feature set contains no video step; personalized images run through Hyperise instead. |
| Where the automation runs Whether the vendor executes campaigns in the cloud, or a browser extension or desktop app on your own machine does. | Yes Campaigns run on Vaam's own infrastructure over managed proxy connections; the Chrome extension is optional and can be uninstalled. | Not documented The pages checked do not state whether campaigns run on La Growth Machine's own infrastructure or need a browser session open. Ask the vendor. | Yes Campaigns run on lemlist's platform; its Chrome extension is a convenience for finding contacts, enriching leads and launching outreach from LinkedIn, Gmail or a CRM. | Yes A cloud web application with nothing to download and no Chrome extension, so campaigns keep running with your browser closed. | Yes Waalaxy removed its Chrome extension on 1 July 2026 and runs at app.waalaxy.com; an optional extension only speeds up imports. | Yes Cloud-based software is the first item on the Business plan. | Yes A cloud platform with a dedicated residential proxy per LinkedIn sender on the Growth plan. | Partial A desktop app for macOS, Windows and Ubuntu that you install and run yourself; the download page states hardware requirements per simultaneously running account. |
| Account safety controls Published pacing, limits, warm-up and network controls that reduce the risk of a LinkedIn restriction. | Yes Safe and Standard tempo presets, randomized human-like pacing, schedules, managed proxy routing and a 400 active-prospect cap, with documented ramp-up guidance. | Partial Social warming and Out of Office detection are documented; no numeric LinkedIn limits or proxy policy is published on the pages checked. | Partial Email warm-up and a deliverability hub on every plan; LinkedIn pacing controls are not documented on the pages checked. | Yes A dedicated IP address in your own region, cloud sending, randomized timing inside working hours you set, per-plan daily quotas, and Activity Control which raises limits gradually from your account's own history and connection count. | Yes Published quotas of 11 invitations a day on Pro and 80 to 100 on Advanced and Business, with a 200-per-week cap, plus advice to limit new accounts to 30 actions per type per day. | Yes A dedicated country-based IP address, profile auto warm-up and limit ranges per action which Expandi states it will not let you exceed. | Partial A dedicated residential proxy per LinkedIn sender on Growth, and each account stays inside its own daily limits; Agency and Unlimited expect you to bring your own proxies. | Yes A desktop app that injects no code into the LinkedIn page, rolling 24-hour smart daily limits, working hours, and a dedicated proxy per profile with a health check. |
| Native CRM sync A first-party CRM integration, rather than a webhook or a Zapier hop. | Yes HubSpot, Pipedrive and Upsales, included on the one plan; syncs contacts, activities and blocklists. | Partial HubSpot and Pipedrive on the Ultimate plan only; not available on Basic or Pro. | Yes CRM integrations and API from the Email plan. | Partial HubSpot is the only native CRM integration named on the pricing page, from the Pro plan. The help centre documents it working, with 21 lead fields mapped on five campaign triggers and the LinkedIn conversation pushed into HubSpot activity. Dripify's integrations page still lists HubSpot under "Coming soon", while the FAQ on that same page claims native Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and ActiveCampaign connections. Linked Helper pricing

The "longer term" column is the 12-month price. Every plan is LinkedIn only, and Linked Helper sends no email itself.

Frequently asked questions
Is Dripify safe to use, and will LinkedIn restrict my account?
No vendor can promise it will not happen, and Dripify does not claim that either. What it does publish is the machinery. Every paid plan has written daily quotas, 20 connection requests and 30 messages a day on Basic, 75 and 100+ on Pro and Advanced, plus separate caps for InMails, profile views, endorsements, likes and follows. Campaigns run on Dripify's servers from a dedicated IP address assigned in your own region, actions are spaced with randomized timing inside the working hours you set, and Activity Control raises your limits gradually based on your account's own history and connection count rather than applying one rate to everyone. We take the same approach with named tempo presets, managed proxy routing and a 400 active-prospect cap, and we tell you to stay on the Safe tempo for about two weeks before moving up. Expandi and Linked Helper both ship a dedicated proxy per account too. The advice is the same whichever tool you pick. Start low, raise volume over weeks rather than days, run one tool per LinkedIn account, and pull back the moment LinkedIn warns you.
What is the cheapest Dripify alternative?
Waalaxy among the cloud tools and Linked Helper overall. Waalaxy publishes €19 per user per month for Pro, against Dripify's $39 per user per month on annual billing and $59 monthly. The €19 plan is LinkedIn only though, and cold email needs the €69 Business plan, where Dripify includes email on every paid plan. Linked Helper is cheaper still at $15 per LinkedIn account per month, or $8.25 on a 12-month term, but it is a desktop app that only runs while your machine is awake and it sends no email at all. Read the billing term on every page before you compare. Waalaxy's pricing page loads with the yearly option selected, and Dripify advertises up to 35% off for annual billing. We are the most expensive tool here at €99 per user per month, billed monthly.
Is there a free Dripify alternative?
Not really. None of the tools on this page will run outreach for nothing. Waalaxy comes closest. Its Freemium tier keeps your prospects and campaigns readable and allows CSV import after a trial ends, but it runs no automation, so you cannot send from it. What you can do is trial them. Dripify gives 7 days of its Advanced plan with no credit card, and campaigns are deactivated rather than charged when it ends. Vaam, La Growth Machine, Waalaxy, Lemlist, HeyReach and Linked Helper all offer 14 days, and Expandi offers 7. Linked Helper states campaigns simply pause after the trial. If a permanently free tool is the requirement, this category does not have one.
Which Dripify alternative does LinkedIn and email in one sequence?
Several, but check first whether you need to switch at all. Dripify already runs LinkedIn and email in the same sequence on every paid plan, sends from your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox, and includes a Find Email action and 100 email-finder credits a month. If that is your only complaint, stay where you are. Of the alternatives, Vaam, La Growth Machine and Lemlist all run both channels in one sequence. We put email on our one plan and add per-prospect video. La Growth Machine adds X (Twitter) and voice notes. Lemlist adds SMS and a dialer but keeps LinkedIn on its per-user Multichannel tier. Waalaxy reserves cold email for the €69 Business plan, Expandi routes email outreach to Smartlead on a separate subscription, and HeyReach and Linked Helper send no email at all.
Which Dripify alternative supports personalized video?
Only two here send video at all, and only one personalizes it per prospect. Dripify publishes no video step anywhere in its feature set, sequence action list or plan comparison. We record and send video as a sequence step and generate a different video for each prospect, with up to 400 AI-personalized videos a month included in the plan. Expandi can send video, but through a paid Sendspark add-on with its own subscription, and the lead must have a first name in Expandi or nothing is sent. Lemlist attaches video to a step, but its own documentation states the video is not 1:1 personalized and is the same for every lead who reaches it. La Growth Machine, Waalaxy, HeyReach and Linked Helper document no video feature.
Does anything find prospects for me instead of running a list I built?
Dripify does, on one plan. Evergreen Lead Upload monitors the LinkedIn post or Sales Navigator search you chose and adds new matching leads by itself, every 12 hours for a post and weekly for a Sales Navigator search, up to 10 000 leads per list. It is on the Advanced plan only, and the search filters are the only qualification. Our agents add the step after that. An agent watches LinkedIn post engagement or a people search, opens each new profile to load company, role, industry and size, and judges the prospect against the audience you defined, meaning job titles, geography, company size, industries and exclusions, before enrollment. It records a reason for every rejection and you can override it. If you configure no audience, the agent runs without the matching step. La Growth Machine's Signals import continuously from a wider set of triggers, including website visits and form fills, and Linked Helper's AI ICP Detection scores collected profiles against an ICP you write in plain language. HeyReach does not source prospects at all.
How do I migrate my Dripify campaigns to another tool?
You migrate the leads, not the campaigns. No tool on this page imports another vendor's sequences, so plan to rebuild the steps by hand. That is usually a good moment to shorten them. Export your leads from Dripify as CSV, which is available from the Pro plan upwards. The Basic plan has no CSV export, so upgrade for a month or re-run the LinkedIn searches in the new tool. Make sure the CSV keeps the LinkedIn profile URL for each lead, because every tool here matches people on that. Carry your blocklist across before you start sending, and pause the Dripify campaigns before you launch the new ones so one LinkedIn account is never worked by two tools at once. Restart the new tool on a low daily volume rather than the volume you had reached in Dripify. The pacing history does not transfer with the list.
Is Vaam a good Dripify alternative?
It depends on why you are leaving. We are the right move if you want the tool to find and qualify the prospects as well as message them, if per-prospect video is what makes your outreach land, or if you need a vendor that states in writing that all customer data is stored inside the European Union. Dripify's privacy policy names no location. We are the wrong move on price and on LinkedIn breadth. We charge €99 per user per month against Dripify's $59, our documented LinkedIn steps are connection requests, messages, likes, comments and profile visits with no InMail, follow or endorsement action, we publish no numeric daily quotas, and we do not support Sales Navigator search URLs. If your motion is high-volume LinkedIn from Sales Navigator lists at the lowest price, stay on Dripify or look at Waalaxy and Linked Helper.
