Vaam

Vaam vs HeyReach

Scaling LinkedIn outreach goes one of two ways. You add sending accounts, or you add channels. HeyReach is built for the first and we are built for the second. We rank ourselves first on our own page, so discount that, and read the HeyReach case below on its merits. HeyReach is LinkedIn-only and built for running many LinkedIn accounts at once. It charges per LinkedIn sender, rotates senders across one campaign, and ships white-label and client workspaces for agencies. We charge per user, one LinkedIn account each, and run LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video inside one sequence.

Short answer

The first thing to settle is who finds the prospects. HeyReach executes lead lists you supply, whether imported, uploaded or pushed in through the API. Our agents do the step before that. They source from LinkedIn posts and people searches, enrich each profile and check it against the audience you defined before anyone is contacted, then hand the matches to a sequence of LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video steps. Pick HeyReach if LinkedIn is the whole channel and the number of LinkedIn accounts you send from is what you need to scale, which is the case for agencies, lead-gen shops and teams pooling many senders into one campaign. Pick Vaam if you want the tool to find and qualify the people as well as message them, in one sequence that also carries email and video, with native CRM sync and one price per user rather than a price per LinkedIn account. HeyReach has no email step and no video step in its sequences. We have no sender rotation, no unified multi-account inbox and no white-label.

Top pick: Vaam Best for Agent-sourced LinkedIn, email and video outreach with a human on the replies

Pick HeyReach if

  • You run outreach from many LinkedIn accounts and need one campaign to rotate between them.
  • You are an agency and need white-label branding, client workspaces and one login across clients.
  • You want to add teammates, VAs and clients as users without paying for each of them. HeyReach charges per LinkedIn sender only.
  • You need LinkedIn actions we do not have, such as InMail steps and follows.
  • You already run email in Instantly or Smartlead and only want the LinkedIn leg.

Pick Vaam if

  • You want the tool to find and qualify prospects continuously, not just execute a list you built somewhere else.
  • You want AI doing the sourcing and the sending, and a person on every reply.
  • You want LinkedIn, email and video in one sequence rather than LinkedIn in one tool and email in another.
  • You need video personalized for each prospect to make your outreach land.
  • You need native two-way CRM sync with HubSpot, Pipedrive or Upsales.
  • Your team is a handful of reps who each send from their own LinkedIn account, so per-user pricing is cheaper than per-sender pricing plus a second email tool.
  • You need customer data to stay inside the European Union.

Feature comparison

Where Vaam and HeyReach overlap, and where they do not.

Feature support by product
Feature Vaam HeyReach
Agent-sourced prospecting The tool finds and qualifies new prospects itself, instead of only running a list you built elsewhere. Yes Agents source from LinkedIn posts and people searches, enrich each profile, and check it against your audience before enrollment. No HeyReach campaigns run lead lists you supply: an existing list, a CSV upload, leads moved from another campaign, leads added from the Unibox, or the API and integrations such as Clay. Its MCP server lets an AI assistant you own create campaigns and split lists, but HeyReach itself does not discover or qualify new prospects.
Autonomous sequence execution Sourced prospects enter a multi-step sequence and every step sends on schedule without a person triggering it. Yes LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video steps send automatically, with randomized human-like pacing and a 400 active-prospect cap on LinkedIn sequences. Partial LinkedIn steps send on their own once a campaign is launched, but the sequence is LinkedIn-only. HeyReach's pricing page defines multichannel outreach as native integrations with Instantly and Smartlead, so the email leg runs in a second product.
Human control points Named places where a person can approve or halt the automation, such as approving prospects before outreach and replies that stop the sequence. Yes Require approval holds each prospect for your decision, and a prospect's reply pauses the sequence and becomes a task for the seller. Partial HeyReach's help centre states that "leads that respond to a sequence will end it automatically", and the reply is then worked in the Unibox. It documents no approval gate that holds a lead for a person before outreach starts.
LinkedIn automation Connection requests and message steps inside the same sequence. Yes Included. Yes The whole product; unlimited campaigns on every plan.
LinkedIn sender rotation One campaign sending from several LinkedIn accounts in turn. No A sequence sends from the one LinkedIn account of the user who owns it. Yes HeyReach's help centre describes assigning unlimited LinkedIn senders to one campaign and auto-rotating between them; at least two accounts are needed to switch it on.
LinkedIn accounts per user Partial One LinkedIn account per user; more accounts means more paid seats. Yes Any number of senders; each sender is what you pay for.
Other LinkedIn action types InMail, follows, profile views and post engagement as steps. Partial Profile visits, post likes and post comments; no InMail step and no follow step. Yes Connection requests, messages, InMail, view profile, follow and like post, plus an "If connected" branch.
Email steps in the same sequence Yes Email steps run from your own Gmail or Microsoft 365 inbox alongside LinkedIn steps. No HeyReach's documented sequence steps are LinkedIn actions only. Its pricing page defines multichannel outreach as "native integrations with Instantly and Smartlead", so email is sent by a separate tool.
Video in outreach Yes Built-in recording and sharing, included in the plan. No No video step appears in HeyReach's documented sequence actions.
Video personalized per prospect A different video generated for each individual prospect. Yes Up to 400 AI-personalized videos / month. No
Unified inbox across several accounts No Replies are handled per user, since each user has one LinkedIn account. Yes One inbox for all connected LinkedIn accounts, including replying on behalf of a colleague.
White-label and client workspaces No One team per account; no white-label and no multi-client login. Yes White-label included on Agency; workspaces and permissions keep client data separate on every plan.
Users included in the price Whether extra teammates cost extra. No Priced per user, so every teammate is a paid seat. Yes HeyReach states it charges only per LinkedIn sender and that teammates, VAs and clients are free.
Native CRM sync Yes HubSpot, Pipedrive and Upsales, included; syncs contacts, activities and blocklists. Partial HubSpot, Attio and Breakcold are listed on the integrations page, HubSpot as "seamlessly sync and manage your prospects and deals". Pipedrive and Upsales are not listed. Zapier, Make and n8n cover the rest.
Email enrichment Yes Up to 400 email enrichments / month. Yes Verified emails inside HeyReach; 100 credits per sender on Growth as a one-time allocation, then top-ups.
API, webhooks and MCP Yes Scoped API keys and a hosted MCP server; webhooks are an outbound sequence step. Yes API, custom webhooks, an MCP server and a CLI.
EU data residency Yes All customer data is stored within the European Union. Partial HeyReach's privacy policy states it is an EU-based company but that personal information "may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside of your country of residence". It publishes no residency guarantee.

Pros and cons

Vaam

A sales outreach automation platform whose agents find prospects on LinkedIn, check them against your audience and enroll the matches into a sequence of LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video steps.

Best for Agent-sourced LinkedIn, email and video outreach with a human on the replies

Pros

  • The agents find and qualify prospects on their own. They source from LinkedIn posts and people searches, enrich every profile, and check it against the audience you defined before anyone gets contacted. If you configure no audience, they run without the matching step.
  • Sourcing, qualification and outreach sit in one product, so there is no export and re-import between building a list and running it.
  • You choose how much rope to give the agent. Turn on Require approval to vet every prospect yourself, or leave it off and let the agent enroll the matches.
  • LinkedIn, email and video run inside one sequence, so email does not need a second product.
  • Video is personalized per prospect and comes with the plan.
  • Native two-way CRM sync for contacts, activities and blocklists is included.
  • One price per user covers every channel, with no separate fee per sending account.
  • All customer data stays within the European Union.

Cons

  • Our agents source from LinkedIn only, from company posts, profile posts and people searches. We have no lead database and no Sales Navigator support.
  • No sender rotation. A sequence sends from one user's LinkedIn account, so you cannot pool several accounts into one campaign.
  • One LinkedIn account per user, and every user is a paid seat, so adding accounts means adding seats.
  • No unified inbox across several LinkedIn accounts.
  • No white-label, no client workspaces and no multi-client login. We are not built for agencies.
  • Fewer LinkedIn action types. We have no InMail step and no follow step.
  • No native Clay, Zapier or Make apps. Those run through a generic webhook step.

HeyReach

A LinkedIn-only outreach platform priced per LinkedIn sender, built around sender rotation, a unified inbox and agency white-label.

Best for Agencies and teams scaling many LinkedIn sender accounts

Pros

  • One campaign can rotate between unlimited LinkedIn senders, which is how you raise LinkedIn volume past one account's limits.
  • Billing is per LinkedIn sender, so teammates, VAs and clients cost nothing to add.
  • A unified inbox lets one person work the replies of many LinkedIn accounts.
  • Agency plans include white-label branding, client workspaces and separate client data.
  • Every LinkedIn action type is covered, including InMail, follows, profile views and post likes.
  • API, webhooks and an MCP server, plus integrations with Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n and HubSpot.

Cons

  • LinkedIn only. The sequence builder has no email step, no video step and no SMS step.
  • Multichannel means sending email from Instantly or Smartlead, which is a second subscription.
  • The per-sender price is hard on a small team where every rep sends from their own account.
  • Agency and Unlimited expect you to bring your own proxies.
  • HeyReach does not publish an EU data-residency guarantee; its privacy policy says data may be processed outside your country.

Frequently asked questions

Does Vaam work on its own?

Partly, and that is on purpose. The agents run without you. They watch LinkedIn posts and people searches on a schedule, enrich every profile they find, check it against your audience, and add the matches to a sequence that then sends its LinkedIn, email and video steps by itself. What we do not automate is the conversation. When a prospect answers, the sequence pauses and the reply becomes a task for you, with an AI summary and, where the AI judges that the reply needs a person, a suggested response you can copy. You can also switch on Require approval, which holds every prospect for your decision before any outreach starts. Vaam runs the outbound work, and you take the conversations.

What do Vaam agents do that HeyReach doesn't?

HeyReach executes a list you have already built. You import it, upload a CSV, move leads from another campaign, or push them in through the API or a tool like Clay. Our agents do the step before that. An agent watches a LinkedIn people search, a company page's posts or one person's posts, opens each new profile to load their company, role, industry and size, and judges them against the audience you defined, meaning job titles, geography, company size, industries and exclusions, before anyone enters a sequence. With no audience configured, the agent runs without that check. Prospects the check rejects are listed with the reason, and you can overrule the decision. HeyReach's own AI-agent story is its MCP server, which lets an assistant you own create campaigns and split lists. It does not find or qualify prospects for you.

Can I run several employees' LinkedIn accounts from one tool?

With HeyReach, yes, and that is what the product is built for. You connect a LinkedIn account per employee, assign several of them to one campaign, and HeyReach rotates the sending between them while each account stays inside its own daily limits. Replies land in one shared inbox. We work the other way. Each user connects their own LinkedIn account and runs their own sequences from it, with human-like pacing and randomized delays per account. Both models keep each account inside LinkedIn's limits. The difference is whether one campaign can span several accounts.

What does Vaam or HeyReach cost for a team of five?

Take the list prices and multiply. HeyReach Growth is $79 per LinkedIn sender per month, so five sending accounts is $395 per month, or $63 per sender per month on a yearly commitment, which is $315. Extra teammates, VAs and clients who do not send are free. Vaam is €99 per user per month, so five users is €495 per month. The two prices are not like for like. HeyReach is LinkedIn only, so add your email tool, while our price already covers LinkedIn, email and video. Note the currencies differ.

Is HeyReach good for agencies?

Yes. It is built for them. The Agency plan at $999 per month includes 25 senders, white-label branding on your own domain and done-for-you onboarding, and a 50-sender tier is offered. Unlimited is $2,999 per month for unlimited senders, with multi-brand white-labels as a $500 add-on. Workspaces keep each client's senders, leads and campaigns separate behind one login. We have none of it: one team per account, no white-label and no client workspaces. If you resell LinkedIn outreach, HeyReach is the better tool.

Does HeyReach send email or video?

Not itself. HeyReach's documented sequence steps are LinkedIn actions only, meaning connection request, message, InMail, view profile, follow, like post and an "if connected" branch. Its pricing page defines multichannel outreach as "native integrations with Instantly and Smartlead", so the email leg runs in a separate product on a separate bill. There is no video step. We run LinkedIn, email and video as steps in one sequence.

What can Vaam do that HeyReach cannot?

Our agents find and qualify the prospects themselves, where HeyReach runs the list you give it. We also send email and video from inside the same sequence as the LinkedIn steps, and generate a video personalized for each individual prospect rather than one recording for the whole list. We sync two ways with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Upsales, including activities and blocklists, and store all customer data inside the European Union.

What can HeyReach do that Vaam cannot?

HeyReach pools many LinkedIn accounts into one campaign and rotates the sending between them, gives you one inbox across all of those accounts, and charges only for sending accounts rather than for every teammate. It adds white-label branding and client workspaces for agencies, InMail and follow steps we do not have, and a dedicated residential proxy per sender on the Growth plan.

Is my data stored in the EU with either tool?

We store all customer data within the European Union. HeyReach's privacy policy says it is an EU-based company but that your personal information "may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside of your country of residence", and lists cloud hosting, payment and enrichment providers among those transfers. It publishes no residency guarantee, so check with HeyReach directly if EU-only processing is a requirement in your legal review.

Do both tools offer a free trial?

Yes. We give you 14 days with no credit card. HeyReach offers 14 days on the Growth plan with up to three LinkedIn accounts and no credit card, and says a 30-day trial of the Agency and Unlimited plans can be requested.

Can I use Vaam and HeyReach together?

They overlap on LinkedIn sequencing, so running both usually means paying twice for the same steps. The combination only makes sense if one team runs high-volume LinkedIn from many accounts while another runs LinkedIn-plus-email-plus-video from individual reps' accounts. Most teams pick the model that matches how they sell.
