Vaam

Best video prospecting software in 2026

The first decision in video prospecting is not which recorder is best. It is whether you are buying a video layer for a stack you already run, or a tool that also finds the prospect and sends the sequence. This ranking favors the second, because the hard part of video prospecting is rarely the recording. It is having someone worth recording for, and a cadence that delivers the clip. That premise costs us something, so here it is: Sendspark, Potion and Vidyard go deeper on the video itself than we do, and if you already own a sequencer you like, that depth is worth more to you than our sourcing is. Most of these products do not prospect at all. They generate a video for a list you built elsewhere and hand it to a tool you also pay for, which is a legitimate way to buy, and the ranking says so per product rather than pretending otherwise. We publish this page, we rank ourselves first, and our own outbound runs on the tool at the top. Every third-party fact below comes from the vendor's own pages, loaded on the date shown at the bottom.

Short answer

Pick Vaam if you want the video to be one step of an outreach motion the same tool also sources and sends. Our agents find the people on LinkedIn, check them against the audience you defined, and enroll the matches into a sequence whose LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video steps then send on their own. You choose whether to approve prospects first, and a reply stops the sequence and comes to you as a task. Weezly is the only other tool here that both brings the contacts and sends the LinkedIn sequence, and it clones your face and voice, but its email channel is described as planned rather than shipped and it is a much smaller vendor. If you already run a sequencer you are happy with, stop optimizing for sourcing and buy the best video layer instead: Sendspark for the deepest AI personalization plus 50+ integrations, Potion if face, voice and gesture cloning is the deciding feature, Vidyard if the video has to fire automatically from CRM events inside an enterprise stack. Hippo Video is the cheapest per-seat way to send personalized video email at volume. BombBomb is for relationship video, not AI personalization at scale. Loom is the best recorder here and is not a prospecting tool at all. Pick it if you want to send one good video to one person.

Top pick: Vaam Best for Agent-sourced LinkedIn, email and video outreach with a human on the replies

Pick Vaam if

  • You want the tool to find and qualify prospects continuously, not just make videos for a list you built somewhere else.
  • You want AI doing the sourcing and the sending, and you on every reply.
  • You want the video, the LinkedIn steps and the email steps in one sequence rather than two subscriptions and an export.
  • You need native CRM sync for contacts, activities and blocklists, not only video view data.
  • Your legal review requires customer data to stay inside the European Union.

Pick Weezly if

  • LinkedIn is your only channel and you want the sender, the lead data and the AI video in one place.
  • Face and voice cloning matter to you and you do not want to run a second video vendor to get them.
  • You run an agency and want many LinkedIn senders under one contract.
  • You are comfortable buying from a small vendor whose email, WhatsApp and Instagram channels are described as planned rather than shipped.

Pick Sendspark if

  • You already own a sequencer, such as Outreach, SalesLoft, Smartlead, HubSpot, Instantly or Expandi, and only need the video layer on top of it.
  • You want AI voice cloning, lip cloning and dynamic website backgrounds, none of which Vaam publishes.
  • You need a SOC 2 Type 2 attestation, which Vaam does not publish.
  • You want to start on a lower price than Vaam's €99 per user per month.

Pick Vidyard if

  • The video has to fire automatically from a buyer action already logged in your CRM.
  • You are an enterprise buyer and need SSO, secure playback and custom permissions.
  • You want to test AI avatars for nothing first. The free tier includes AI videos and custom avatars.
  • Video analytics and team performance reporting decide it for you, rather than outreach.

Pick Potion if

  • Face, voice and gesture cloning with accurate lip-sync is the single deciding feature.
  • You want AI video in many languages from one recording. Potion documents 29.
  • You send video through 50+ sales, marketing, support and CRM tools you already run.
  • You need a published SOC 2 claim and are willing to start at $99 per month per workspace.

Pick Hippo Video if

  • Personalized video email at volume is the job, and you want the cheapest published per-seat price here.
  • You want breadth of personalization types (text, image, website, audio and graph) rather than cloning.
  • You want to try automated personalized video on a genuinely free plan before paying.
  • Your stack is HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach or Freshworks and you are ready for the Teams tier.

Pick BombBomb if

  • Video is for relationships and follow-up with people who already know you, not cold prospecting at scale.
  • You need mobile recording. Vaam has none.
  • Your CRM is Microsoft Dynamics, Outreach or Total Expert.
  • You would rather have a simple, proven video email tool than an AI personalization engine.

Pick Loom if

  • You want the best pure recording and sharing experience and nothing else.
  • Most of your videos go to teammates and existing customers rather than cold prospects.
  • A free tier for up to 50 people matters more than any sales feature.
  • You are pairing Loom with a sequencer and are happy to record every prospect video by hand.

The ranking

Ranked on how much of a LinkedIn + email + video outreach workflow each tool covers on its own.

  1. Vaam

Best for Agent-sourced LinkedIn, email and video outreach with a human on the replies

A sales outreach automation platform whose agents find prospects on LinkedIn, check them against your audience and enroll the matches into a sequence of LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video steps.

    From
    €99/user/mo
    Free trial
    14 days, no credit card
    • Vaam's agents find and qualify prospects on their own. They source from LinkedIn post engagement and, where enabled, people searches, enrich each profile, and check each prospect against the audience you defined before enrollment. With no audience configured, they run without that check.
    • Sourcing, qualification and outreach live in one product, so there is no export-import step between building a list and running it.
    • You decide how much autonomy to give. Turn on Require approval to review every prospect first, or leave it off and let the agent enroll the matches by itself.
    • Record one template video and every prospect added to the sequence gets their own version automatically, with an animated thumbnail and a tracked link.
    • The video, the LinkedIn steps and the email steps live in one sequence, so there is no export step and no second subscription.
    • Native CRM sync for contacts, activities and blocklists is included, not just video view data.
    • Watch rates, click-throughs and replies are reported per video, per sequence and per team.
    • All customer data is stored inside the European Union.
    • No AI voice cloning, no face cloning, no lip cloning and no dynamic website backgrounds. What we document is per-prospect video generation plus personalized share pages.
    • Video is one part of a broader outreach platform, so our video feature set is narrower than a dedicated video vendor's. Sendspark, Potion and Vidyard all publish more video features than we do.
    • No SOC 2 attestation. Our security claims are encryption and EU data residency, and Potion and Sendspark both publish SOC 2 claims.
    • No documented way to push our videos into third-party sequencers such as Outreach, SalesLoft or Smartlead. We replace your sequencer rather than feed it.
    • No mobile recording. The Chrome extension and the Mac and Windows desktop app only.
    • We do not answer replies or book meetings for you. A prospect's reply stops the sequence and becomes a task for the seller.
    • Our agents source from LinkedIn only, we have no lead database, and Sales Navigator search URLs do not work.
    • At €99 per user per month we price above the entry point of every tool on this page except Potion and Sendspark's Growth plan, both also $99.
  2. Weezly

Best for LinkedIn-only outreach with cloned-face video and a lead database in one tool

A LinkedIn outreach platform with a built-in 300M+ contact database that runs branching LinkedIn sequences containing AI-personalized videos made with face and voice cloning.

    From
$39/sender/mo Growth — LinkedIn only, email, WhatsApp and Instagram are described as planned
    Free trial
21 days on the Growth plan
    • The only tool here besides Vaam that both supplies contacts and sends the outreach itself, rather than handing the video to a sequencer you buy separately.
    • LinkedIn sequences run on autopilot with branching logic, and the steps include AI video in the DM, voice notes, AI comments and profile visits.
    • Face and voice cloning generate personalized video in 25 languages from one recording, which Vaam publishes nowhere.
    • A 300M+ verified contact database is included on every plan, so no separate data vendor is needed.
    • A unified inbox collects replies from every sender account, with AI lead qualification and a built-in pipeline.
    • The 21-day trial is the longest on this page.
    • 50+ integrations including HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Zapier and Google Calendar, via webhooks and a REST API.
    • LinkedIn is the only shipped channel; email, WhatsApp and Instagram are described as planned, so a LinkedIn-plus-email cadence needs another tool.
    • The lead database is a static list to search, not a live source that re-checks itself and filters against an audience definition you write.
    • The pricing page lists face and voice cloning in 25 languages as an Agency-plan addition while the home page presents cloning as a general capability; confirm which plan includes it before buying.
    • The jump from Growth to Agency is $59 to $999 per month, with no middle tier for a small in-house team.
    • The advertised $39 entry price is a checkout-code deal for the first 3 months only; budget for $59 per sender per month.
    • API access and custom reporting sit on the $2 899 Ultra plan.
    • Much smaller and younger than Sendspark, Vidyard or BombBomb, and its published reply-rate and meeting figures are unaudited vendor marketing.
    • No approval step before outreach and no documented stop-on-reply behavior.
  3. Sendspark

Best for The deepest AI video personalization, fed into the sequencer you already use

A dedicated AI video personalization platform: record one video, and voice cloning and dynamic website backgrounds generate a unique version per prospect that you send through 50+ email and LinkedIn tools.

    From
$49/account/mo Solo — video only, sending happens in your own email or LinkedIn tool
    Free trial
7 days on every plan, no credit card
    • AI voice cloning speaks each prospect's name in your own recorded voice, and lip cloning, which Sendspark describes as its "latest lip sync model for AI-personalized videos", matches the mouth to it.
    • Dynamic backgrounds "replace what's behind you with each contact's website", and with simulate scrolling on the finished video scrolls down the prospect's site behind you.
    • 50+ integrations, including Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot, Salesforce, Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, Zapier and Expandi.
    • Agentic Workflows trigger video creation and sending from CRM events, form fills and website-visitor identification.
    • AI-personalized videos can be generated in multiple languages from one recording.
    • SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR compliance are stated on the vendor's own site.
    • The $49 entry plan is cheaper than Vaam's €99 per user per month.
    • No sequence engine of its own. The multi-step LinkedIn and email cadence has to run in another product you also pay for.
    • No prospecting: a dynamic campaign starts from a CSV upload of contacts you already have.
    • LinkedIn is a personalization source, not a sending channel; LinkedIn delivery goes through a partner tool such as Expandi.
    • Dynamic Video Minutes are metered; going over costs $0.19 to $0.39 per extra minute depending on plan, and workflow tasks are metered separately.
    • No prospect data enrichment; you bring emails, names and company data with you.
    • Data is stored on US servers, per its own privacy policy.
    • The free trial is 7 days, half of Vaam's 14.
  4. Vidyard

Best for Enterprise video with an agent that fires from CRM buyer actions

A video platform for sales and marketing whose Video Agent creates and sends AI-avatar videos automatically when a buyer action is logged in your CRM, with deep analytics and enterprise controls.

    From
    $0/user/mo
    Free trial
Free plan with no credit card, plus a 14-day trial of Starter
    • The free plan includes AI videos and three custom AI avatars, so you can test AI video generation without paying.
    • Video Agent creates and sends personalized video automatically from buyer actions already in your CRM, covering cold outreach, nurture and meeting reminders.
    • Full video and team performance analytics start on the entry paid plan, not a top tier.
    • Enterprise controls Vaam does not publish: SSO, secure playback, custom permissions.
    • A deep integration catalog covering Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, Pipedrive, Apollo and Zapier, though the Video Agent page itself names only Salesforce.
    • A 14-day trial of the paid Starter plan sits alongside the free tier.
    • No prospecting of any kind; Video Agent works from records already in your CRM.
    • No email or LinkedIn sequence engine. The cadence runs in Salesloft, Outreach or your MAP.
    • The AI capability that makes it competitive here is a paid add-on on top of a paid plan.
    • CRM and MAP integrations only start on the Teams plan, which carries no published price.
    • Starter is $89 per user per month on monthly billing, the highest per-seat entry price on this page.
    • The pages checked document AI avatars with natural speech and gestures, but no voice cloning of your own voice.
  5. Potion

Best for The deepest cloning here, with face, voice and gesture and accurate lip-sync

An AI video generation platform that clones your face, voice and gestures so you can produce thousands of personalized videos without recording them, then send them through the 50+ sales and CRM tools you already run.

    From
$99/account/mo Starter — video only, sending happens in your own sequencer or CRM
    Free trial
7 days on Starter and Professional
    • Face, voice and gesture cloning together, with lip movement matched precisely to the audio, the most complete cloning stack on this page.
    • Generates video in 29 languages from one recording.
    • Priced per workspace rather than per seat, so a small team pays once.
    • Screen recordings can be converted into AI video, and a VSL creator is included.
    • 50+ sales, marketing, support and CRM integrations, including HubSpot, Outreach and Salesloft.
    • Publishes a SOC 2 Type I claim and TLS 1.2 encryption, which Vaam does not.
    • No prospecting and no sequence engine. Potion makes and delivers the video, and the cadence runs in a product you also pay for.
    • $99 per month is the highest entry price on this page, and the next tier is $299.
    • Multi-user workspaces, roles and permissions are held back for the $299 Professional plan.
    • The results it publishes are single-customer case-study figures, not audited benchmarks.
    • Videos are capped at five minutes.
    • No LinkedIn sending, no email sending and no lead data.
  6. Hippo Video

Best for Personalized video email at volume, at the lowest published per-seat price

A video platform for sales that merges prospect data into video (text, image, website, audio and graph personalization) and sends it as automated personalized video email campaigns.

    From
    $0/user/mo
    Free trial
Free plan with no credit card; 7-day trials on paid tiers
    • The widest set of personalization types here, covering text, image, website, audio and graph merged from CRM or spreadsheet data.
    • $20 per user per month on annual billing is the cheapest paid plan on this page.
    • A genuinely free plan that already includes 50 automated personalized videos.
    • Sends automated personalized ABM campaigns, cadences and demos as video email, rather than only handing the clip to another tool.
    • AI Avatar generator, AI Editor and AI Script Generator are included on the paid tiers.
    • Integrations with HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong and Freshworks, and Salesforce on Enterprise.
    • No prospecting; contacts arrive as merge-field data from a CRM or a spreadsheet.
    • Email is the outreach channel. LinkedIn is a sharing destination, not a sending channel with connection requests and DMs.
    • CRM integrations only start on the Teams plan at $60 to $75 per user per month.
    • Personalized video allowances are capped per plan (50, 100 and 300 per month), so volume forces an upgrade.
    • The pages checked document AI avatars but not cloning of your own voice, and a custom avatar is a $1 000 one-time add-on.
    • The product spans two priced ladders, Video Messaging and Text-to-Video, which makes the real cost harder to model.
  7. BombBomb

Best for Relationship video email, with mobile recording

A long-established video email tool: record from the browser, the desktop or a phone, send from Gmail or Outlook, and see who watched.

    From
$42/user/mo Core — no AI personalization per prospect at this tier
    Free trial
    Free trial offered at signup
    • Mobile apps let a rep record from a phone, which Vaam does not support.
    • Unlimited video messages on every paid plan, with no per-video or per-minute metering.
    • Viewer engagement analytics are on the entry plan, not held back.
    • Sends from the seller's own Gmail or Outlook rather than a vendor domain.
    • Fallback video logic and automated workflows cover the case where no personalized asset exists.
    • A mature product with enterprise security controls, SSO and API access on the top tier.
    • Its pricing page documents no per-prospect AI video personalization and no voice or face cloning. The AI features are speaker notes, summaries, titles and noise reduction.
    • No prospecting and no LinkedIn channel of any kind.
    • CRM integration and automated workflows only start on the $56 to $70 Core + Copilot plan.
    • The named CRMs, Microsoft Dynamics, Outreach and Total Expert, do not include HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce on the published tiers.
    • At $36 per user per month annually it costs more than Hippo Video Pro while doing less AI personalization.
    • Positioned around relationships and adoption rather than cold outbound at scale.
  8. Loom

Best for Recording one good video for one person, free

An async screen and camera recorder for teams, and the easiest way to record and share a video message, with no prospecting, personalization or sequencing layer of any kind.

    From
    $0/user/mo Starter — 25 videos per person and a 5-minute recording limit
    Free trial
Free Starter plan for up to 50 members
    • The best free tier here, with up to 50 members, no credit card and transcription included.
    • The lowest paid price on this page at $15 per user per month on annual billing.
    • The recording and sharing experience is the benchmark the rest of this category is measured against.
    • Strong AI editing: filler-word removal, auto titles, summaries and chapters.
    • Backed by Atlassian, with SSO, SCIM and a 99.95% uptime SLA on Enterprise.
    • Works with hundreds of tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, Figma and Jira.
    • Not a prospecting tool. There is no per-prospect personalization, so one prospect means one recording made by hand.
    • No email or LinkedIn sequencing, and no lead data.
    • No AI avatars and no voice or face cloning.
    • The Salesforce integration sits on Enterprise; there is no HubSpot or Pipedrive sync on the published tiers.
    • Analytics are viewer and engagement insights for a video, not outreach reporting per prospect or per sequence.
    • The free plan caps recordings at five minutes and 25 videos per person.

Feature comparison

Feature support by product
Feature Vaam Weezly Sendspark Vidyard Potion Hippo Video BombBomb Loom
Agent-sourced prospecting The tool finds and qualifies new prospects itself, instead of only running a list you built elsewhere. Yes Agents source from LinkedIn post engagement and, where enabled, people searches, enrich each profile, and check each prospect against your audience before enrollment. With no audience configured, they run without that check. Partial A 300M+ verified contact database with email verification is included on every plan, so contacts come from inside the tool. It is a static list to search, not a live source re-checked on a schedule, and no qualification against a customer-defined audience is documented. No Sendspark publishes no prospecting, lead database or search. Its own help center describes a dynamic video campaign as starting from a CSV upload of contacts you already have. No The Video Agent page states it works from buyer actions already logged in your CRM. Vidyard publishes no lead database and no discovery source. No Potion publishes no prospect sourcing. It generates and delivers video for contacts held in the 50+ sales, marketing, support and CRM tools it integrates with. No Prospect data arrives as merge fields imported from a CRM or a spreadsheet. Nothing on the pages checked finds new people. No The pricing page documents no lead sourcing, lead database or discovery of any kind. No Loom is a screen recorder for teams; it has no sales prospecting layer.
Autonomous sequence execution Sourced prospects enter a multi-step sequence and every step sends on schedule without a person triggering it. Yes LinkedIn, email and per-prospect video steps send automatically, with randomized human-like pacing and a 400 active-prospect cap on LinkedIn sequences. Partial Branching LinkedIn sequences run on autopilot, with connection requests, AI video in the DM, voice notes, AI comments, profile visits and follow-ups. Email, WhatsApp and Instagram are described as planned, so the cadence is single-channel today. No Sendspark has no sequence engine. Agentic Workflows create and send a video when a trigger fires; the multi-step cadence runs in Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot or another tool you also pay for. Partial Video Agent sends a personalized video automatically when a buyer action is logged in your CRM, across cold outreach, nurture and meeting reminders. It is event-triggered delivery, not a multi-step outbound cadence. No Potion does not send email or LinkedIn sequences itself; delivery runs through the partner platform you already use. Partial Hippo Video documents sending "automated and personalized ABM campaigns, cadence & demos" and mass personalized video email at scale. Email is the channel; there is no multi-channel outbound sequence. Partial Automated workflows, smart team assignments and fallback video logic are listed on the Core + Copilot plan. The pages checked describe no multi-step prospecting cadence. No Loom sends nothing on a schedule; a person shares each video.
Human control points Named places where a person can approve or halt the automation, such as approving prospects before outreach and replies that stop the sequence. Yes Require approval holds each prospect for your decision, and a prospect's reply stops the sequence and comes to the seller as a task. Not documented A unified inbox with AI lead qualification is documented, but the pages checked do not state that a reply stops the sequence, and no approval step before outreach is published. Not documented Not documented, and largely not applicable. Sendspark does not run the cadence, so stopping on a reply belongs to the sequencer you send from. Not documented Neither an approval step before a Video Agent send nor a stop-on-reply behavior is documented on the pages checked. Not documented Not applicable in practice. Potion does not run the cadence, so the control points live in your sequencer. Not documented No approval gate or stop-on-reply behavior is documented on the pages checked. Not documented No approval gate or stop-on-reply behavior is documented on the pricing page. Not documented Not applicable. Every Loom video is sent by a person, so the control point is the person.
Video personalized per prospect One recording turned into a different video for every prospect, generated automatically. Yes Record one template video; every prospect added to the sequence gets their own version. Up to 400 AI-personalized videos per month. Yes "Record once, send thousands of AI-personalized videos", generated with face and voice cloning in 25 languages and metered in AI video minutes on the bundled plans. Yes Dynamic Video campaigns generate one video per contact from a CSV, metered in Dynamic Video Minutes. Yes The Video Agent add-on covers unlimited AI videos and unlimited automated video creation and delivery; personalization works by keyword replacement in the avatar's script. Yes 750 dynamic AI videos per month on Starter and unlimited on Professional, with dynamic insertion of recipient details. Yes Automated personalized videos are allowanced per plan, 50 on Free, 100 on Pro, 300 on Teams and unlimited Video Flows on Enterprise, using text, image, website, audio and graph personalization. No The pricing page documents unlimited video messages and fallback video logic, but no per-prospect AI personalization. Its AI features are speaker notes, summaries, titles and noise reduction. No One recording goes to whoever you share it with; Loom publishes no per-recipient generation.
Voice, face or lip cloning Your own voice, face or mouth movement reproduced by AI so the video says something you never recorded. No Vaam publishes no voice-, face- or lip-cloning feature. Its personalization is per-prospect video generation plus personalized share pages. Partial Face and voice cloning in 25 languages are documented, but the pricing page lists them as an Agency-plan addition while the home page presents cloning as a general capability. Confirm the plan before buying. Yes AI voice cloning speaks each prospect's name in your recorded voice, and the help center documents lip cloning, "Sendspark's latest lip sync model for AI-personalized videos", and multilingual generation separately. Partial AI Avatars use "natural speech patterns, facial expressions, and gestures", and paid plans include three custom avatars. The pages checked do not document cloning your own voice. Yes Face, voice and gesture cloning, with lip movement matched precisely to the audio, on every plan including the $99 Starter tier. Partial An AI Avatar Video Generator is documented, with a custom avatar available as a $1 000 one-time add-on. Voice cloning is not documented on the pages checked. No No cloning of any kind appears on the pricing page; the AI tools listed are speaker notes, summaries, titles and noise reduction. No No AI avatars and no voice or face cloning are offered.
LinkedIn sequence automation Connection requests and message steps sent by the tool itself, from your own account. Yes Included, in the same sequence as email and video, with randomized human-like pacing. Yes Weezly is priced per LinkedIn sender. Connection requests, DMs containing AI video, voice notes, AI comments and profile visits run on autopilot with branching logic. No LinkedIn is a personalization source in Sendspark. Sending on LinkedIn happens in a partner tool such as Expandi, where you paste the Sendspark placeholder into the campaign. No No LinkedIn sending is documented; Video Agent triggers from CRM buyer actions. No Potion does not send on LinkedIn; it delivers video through the tools it integrates with. No LinkedIn appears in the integration list as a place to share a video, not as a channel Hippo Video sends sequences on. No The pricing page names Gmail and Outlook as the send paths; LinkedIn is not mentioned. No Loom has no sending channel of its own beyond sharing a link.
Email sequence automation Multi-step automated email campaigns sent by the tool itself. Yes Basic email sequences, sent from your own Gmail or Microsoft 365 inbox. No Email is listed among planned channels alongside WhatsApp and Instagram; only LinkedIn is shipped today. No Sendspark's own templates describe sending videos in Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot "and 50+ other email platforms". The cadence runs there, not in Sendspark. No No email cadence of its own; Video Agent hands delivery to the CRM or MAP workflow that triggered it. No Potion states plainly that it integrates with sales and CRM tools rather than sending sequences itself. Partial Hippo Video sends mass personalized video email campaigns and documents "automated and personalized ABM campaigns, cadence & demos". It is video email at scale rather than a general-purpose sequencer. Partial Video email sends from your own Gmail or Outlook, and automated workflows and fallback video logic arrive on Core + Copilot. No multi-step prospecting cadence is documented. No Loom sends no email campaigns.
CRM sync Contacts and activity flowing between the tool and your CRM, not only video view data. Yes HubSpot, Pipedrive and Upsales, included on the one plan; syncs contacts, activities and blocklists. Yes 50+ integrations including HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Zapier and Google Calendar, over webhooks and a REST API; API access is listed on the Ultra plan. Partial HubSpot is a basic integration on all plans and Salesforce is added on Growth and above. The vendor describes the sync as video engagement data flowing back to the CRM. Partial CRM and MAP integrations start on the Teams plan, which has no published price. Vidyard's integrations page lists Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, Pipedrive, Apollo and Zapier; the Video Agent page names only Salesforce. Yes 50+ sales, marketing, support and CRM integrations on every plan, including HubSpot, Outreach and Salesloft; Zapier webhooks on Professional. Partial HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach and Freshworks arrive on the Teams plan; Salesforce is Enterprise only. Gong is also named. Partial CRM integration starts on Core + Copilot and names Microsoft Dynamics, Outreach and Total Expert. Partial A Salesforce integration is listed on Enterprise only. Loom otherwise integrates with Google Workspace, Slack, Figma and Jira.
Video engagement analytics Who watched, how far they got, and what they clicked. Yes Watch rates, play-through, click-throughs and replies, reported per video, per sequence and per team. Yes Real-time tracking of opens, watches, clicks and bookings; custom reporting on the Ultra plan. Yes Tracked in Sendspark or synced into your CRM. Yes Full video analytics and team performance analytics are on the entry paid plan, with advanced team analytics on Teams. Yes Viewer engagement and video performance analytics are included on every plan. Yes Video engagement analytics and viewer insights on the paid tiers. Yes Viewer engagement analytics on the entry Core plan; a team analytics dashboard on Core + Copilot. Partial Viewer and engagement insights per video, plus admin insights on Business + AI. There is no per-prospect or per-sequence outreach reporting.
Published entry price The cheapest published paid price, and whether you can read it without a sales call. Yes €99 per user per month, billed monthly. Prices are in EUR. Yes $59 per LinkedIn sender per month, discounted to $39 for the first 3 months with a checkout code. The next tier is $999 per month. Yes $49 per month for the Solo plan, one seat included, or $468 billed annually. Yes Starter is $89 per user per month monthly, $59 annually, plus $29 or $24 per user for the Video Agent add-on. Teams and Enterprise are quoted. Yes $99 per month per workspace on Starter. That is the highest entry price here, but it is priced per workspace rather than per seat. Yes Pro is $30 per user per month monthly and $20 annually, the cheapest paid plan on this page, above a free tier. Yes Core is $42 per user per month monthly and $36 annually. Enterprise is quoted. Yes Business is $18 per user per month monthly and about $15 annually, above a free Starter plan for up to 50 members.

Frequently asked questions

Do personalized videos actually get more replies?

Nobody in this category publishes an audited answer, so treat every number you see, ours included, as vendor marketing. Our own site states about three times better open rates and roughly ten hours saved per rep per week for teams using our video automation. Those are our averages from our customers, not an independent benchmark, and we publish no reply-rate figure. Weezly and Potion publish their own unaudited figures on their own sites. A recorded video is a strong pattern interrupt, and the effect is real enough that the whole category exists, but reply rate depends far more on list quality and offer than on the format. If the number matters to your business case, run a split test on your own list before you commit budget, and stay skeptical of any vendor, us included, that quotes a lift without saying what it was measured against.

What is video prospecting software?

Software that puts a recorded video into cold outreach instead of, or alongside, a text message. The category splits into two kinds of product. Most of it is a video layer. Sendspark, Potion, Vidyard, Hippo Video, BombBomb and Loom all make or personalize the video and then hand it to a sequencer, CRM or inbox you already pay for. A smaller group also runs the outreach. We find the prospects on LinkedIn and send the LinkedIn, email and video steps ourselves, and Weezly supplies contacts from its own database and sends the LinkedIn sequence. Decide which half you are buying before you compare prices, because the video layer looks cheaper right up until you add the sequencer it needs.

What is the best video prospecting software in 2026?

It depends on whether you already own a sequencer. If you do not, pick us. Our agents find and qualify prospects on LinkedIn against the audience you defined, and one sequence then sends the LinkedIn steps, the email steps and a per-prospect video, with published EUR pricing and EU data residency. If you already run Outreach, SalesLoft, Smartlead or HubSpot and are happy with it, buy the best video layer instead: Sendspark for AI voice cloning, dynamic website backgrounds and 50+ integrations, or Potion if face, voice and gesture cloning is the deciding feature. Vidyard suits enterprise stacks where the video must fire from a CRM event, Hippo Video is the cheapest per-seat way to send personalized video email at volume, and Loom remains the best pure recorder.

Which video prospecting tools actually find prospects for you?

Only two on this page, and they do it differently. Our agents watch a LinkedIn company page's posts, a person's posts or a people search on a schedule, open each new profile to load company, role, industry and size, and judge each prospect against the audience you defined, meaning job titles, geography, company size, industries and exclusions, before enrollment. With no audience configured, they run without that check. Weezly instead ships a 300M+ verified contact database you search, which is sourcing from a static list rather than a live source that re-checks itself. Sendspark, Vidyard, Potion, Hippo Video, BombBomb and Loom do none of it: every one of them starts from contacts you already have, whether that is a CSV, a CRM record or an email address.

Do I still need a sequencer if I buy a video tool?

Usually yes, and that is the cost most comparisons leave out. Sendspark, Potion, Vidyard, BombBomb and Loom all publish integrations rather than a multi-step outbound cadence, so the follow-up schedule runs in a product you buy separately. Hippo Video sends personalized video email campaigns itself, which covers one channel. Weezly sends LinkedIn sequences itself but lists email as planned. We are the only tool here that runs LinkedIn and email steps and the per-prospect video in one sequence. So the fair price comparison is not "$49 versus €99". It is the video tool plus your sequencer against a single subscription.

Which tool has the deepest video personalization?

Potion and Sendspark, and we concede it plainly. Potion clones your face, voice and gestures with lip movement matched to the audio, in 29 languages. Sendspark clones your voice, syncs your lips to it, and places each prospect's own website behind you, scrolling down the site as if you were browsing it. Weezly clones face and voice in 25 languages. We publish none of these. We generate a per-prospect version of a video you actually recorded, plus a personalized share page. If the clip itself is the product you are buying, one of those three is a better purchase than we are. Our argument is not the depth of the clip. It is that the clip sits inside the sequence that finds and contacts the prospect.

Why is Vaam missing from most "best video prospecting tools" lists?

Because those lists are written by video vendors and outbound blogs that categorize by the recording, not by the outreach. We sit in an awkward spot for them. We are not a pure video tool, so we fail the category test, and we are not a pure LinkedIn automation tool either. That is a distribution problem rather than a product one, and this page exists to state the case those lists do not: if you want video prospecting where the same product also finds the prospect and sends the sequence, the shortlist is short. You should still read those lists. They are right that Sendspark, Vidyard and Potion are excellent at the thing they do.

Is a cheap video tool actually cheaper than Vaam?

Only if you already pay for a sequencer, or you are not running sequences at all. Loom at about $15 per user per month and Hippo Video Pro at $20 per user per month are genuinely cheaper than our €99 per user per month, and if you just want to record videos, buy them. Once you add the LinkedIn and email cadence that turns a video into pipeline, you are paying for two products and moving contacts between them. Note also that these prices are not directly comparable. We publish in EUR, everyone else on this page publishes in USD, and Sendspark, Weezly and Potion price per account, per sender and per workspace rather than per seat.
