We achieve this through engaging videos and strategies based on understanding the end user’s interests.

What problem did you have that you saw Vaam could help you with?

We have tried working with outbound sales as a complement to our own marketing and lead generation. We have tested various strategies, from manually calling and emailing to trying tools that automate different parts of the process.

Our goal with testing Vaam was to use a single tool where our salespeople had a simple process for outbound work that combined phone and email, with video as the medium.

How do you use the tool?

My sales team and I have created a main sequence that we add contacts to through LinkedIn.

This sequence first contacts the prospect through LinkedIn and asks open-ended questions. The sequence then proceeds to email the prospect and finally, if the prospect has not responded, a task is created to call the contact.

Was it difficult to get started? And how long did it take before you started seeing results?

We were up and running the same afternoon we signed the contract with Vaam. We built a sequence and then started enrolling contacts.

Because we do not use pushy sales sequences but instead open questions that start conversations, we began receiving responses to the automations within a few days, which quickly created meetings for us.

How much time would you say Vaam saves you per week?

Mainly, Vaam allows us to engage in outbound sales we would not otherwise have had the energy for.

If we were to do what Vaam does for us manually today, it would take about 15 hours per salesperson per week.

How many warm leads do you get with the help of Vaam?

Since we work with high-ticket items, our target group is smaller and the sales process longer. We get about five meetings per salesperson per month. It only takes closing a single deal per year for the investment in Vaam to pay off.

What is the best thing about Vaam?

First and foremost, the focus on video makes Vaam wonderful and sets it apart from other tools. Second, the interface is so simple and everything just works.
