What problem did you have that Vaam helped you with?

We simply needed more warm leads and had limited time, which made it difficult to grow our content agency.

With the help of Vaam and cadence automation, we reach more of the right customers faster through personal communication.

How do you use the tool?

I spend around 25 minutes per day on Vaam, just to check on the conversations.

In addition to videos created with Vaam, we connect Google Sheets and Notion using Zapier. This allows us to set up automations so that seamless delivery to our CRM is always ensured.

Was it difficult to get started? And how long did it take before you started seeing results?

It took less than a week for everything to be up and running, both in a technical sense and in learning how the automation worked. The customer success team at Vaam reviewed my content and copy and provided tips, so the onboarding was smooth.

After a few days, the first leads and replies started coming in.

How much time would you say Vaam saves you per week?

At least 10 hours per week. Probably more, if we take into account the time saved thanks to all the automations and the fact that we no longer have to sit and run outreach for several hours in the evenings.
