No. Its plan comparison table lists no email-sending action. What it does is find and verify email addresses with its Data Enricher and hand the lead to a separate cold-email tool. The Data Enricher page names Instantly and Snov.io as examples, and the integrations hub lists Instantly and ActiveCampaign among the native integrations. We store all customer data inside the European Union. Linked Helper does not offer EU residency. Its privacy policy states that information "may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which we or our affiliates or service providers maintain facilities", and that users in the European Union "consent to the transfer of information to the U.S." The contracting entity is Linked Helper LLC of Wilmington, Delaware, USA. The local-storage version does keep your campaign data in folders on your own device, which is a real difference, but it is not the same thing as EU residency: the cloud-storage version backs that data up to Linked Helper's cloud, and the policy above still governs what the company collects.
