Welcome to Vaam. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Overview

Vaam provides a sales outreach platform with multi-channel automation, video messaging, and AI-assisted content (the "Service"). The plans, features, and limits that apply to your account are described on our pricing page and may change over time.

2. Fees and Payment

Paying Vaam users must provide valid payment information. The company reserves the right to adjust pricing and billing methods. A 14-day withdrawal period applies per Distance Contracts Act. Unpaid invoices incur 10% monthly interest plus collection expenses.

3. Service Termination

Users may discontinue service at any time without notice. Vaam retains discretion to suspend or permanently disable access to accounts and associated materials.

4. User Conduct Requirements

The following activities are prohibited:

Unauthorized access modifications
Reverse engineering
Commercial resale
Harassment
Illegal content transmission
Spam distribution
Impersonation
Harmful code uploads

Users remain solely liable for breaches and any resulting penalties Vaam incurs.

5. AI Assistant Access (MCP)

You may connect a third-party AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to your account through Vaam's Model Context Protocol (MCP) server.

A connected assistant acts as your agent. Any action it takes on your account, including changes to your own or your team's sequences, prospects, and other data, is treated as an action you took. Section 4 applies to actions taken through an assistant.
You are responsible for your choice of assistant provider and for the access you grant it. Vaam is not responsible for how that provider handles your data.
Vaam may restrict or revoke assistant access to protect the Service.

6. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of submitted materials while granting Vaam a revocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license for service provision. Feedback automatically transfers ownership to Vaam.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform logos, code, designs, and proprietary elements belong exclusively to Vaam or its licensors without implied usage rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vaam be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vaam and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page with a new effective date.
